Blurred and Twisted Effect in Adobe Illustrator

After setting up your artboard,
-Make a rectangle, change the color
-Create an abstract shape (I used the curvature tool)
-Menu, Effect-Blur-Gaussian Blur
-Menu, Distort and transform - twist
Bonus: Fix Graussian blur limiting box.
Menu-effect-document raster effect settings, Try adding 300px around the object. *Correction, you don't need to delete the object and start over. Simply go to the Appearance panel and hide the gaussian effect then unhide and it will update. (see my separate video on this fix)
