Only had a brief chance to flip through this, but I was happy to see the amount of coverage they have put into flushing out your genre of apoc. Far more depth than they did with Godforsaken. Great source book for playing this setting in the cypher system. Could see myself pulling in the zone creation rules from Mutant Year Zero and running that setting in this because yeah cypher!
Thanks for the review. For someone who is new to Cypher (I don't have any of the books) but love the P.A. Genre, what other books would I need to get to be able to effectively utilize Rust & Redemption?
Literally no other books would be needed. All mechanics of the core book and genre books are in the open content SRD. Although helpful advice, lore, mini settings, etc are not. So I do suggest the core rulebook if you can swing it.
@@Qedhup Thanks for the informative and prompt response! Given the diverse assortment of books and pdf's available for Cypher are there any that you feel would pair nicely with Rust and Redemption (in addition to the core rulebook)?
@@BrutorzBill of I had to pick, is say Stay Alive (the horror genre book) and First Responders (a book about disasters and playing, well, first responders lol).
I am new to cypher and your channel has been a godsend, thank you for being one of the best channels on RUclips
Amen

I was, for once, very pleased with the amount of new character options!!
Looks great to me. I'm looking forward to checking this out for myself as well.
8:45 - Juicy Tables!!!
TAAAAABLES!
Some pdf viewers let you turn on /off the cover page. Easy way to make the pages line back up properly.
Later downloads of the pdf actually worked properly for me.
When is it gonna be available via dtrpg?

If you like tables “The Weird” is a book for you. ❤
Yes It is. Check out my review video on it lol
oh that 2 page thing is very weird. I've never noticed that be ause I always view the PDFs in single page mode
You can change settings in your reader (front page on its own) that fixes the issue.
Has anyone told you your voice sounds just like Phil Thron narrator of the slow burn audiobooks?
I have no idea who that is. But apparently he has a wonderful voice! Lol
@Qedhup well anyway love the reviews. I just got rust and redemption and your highlights have really helped show the best parts of the book.
Still waiting for my pdf :(
Did you back the Kickstarter? The email should probably have gone out for everyone for it I thought?
