Thank you so much for the shout out for my darling niece Anna. She is absolutely obsessed with watching all your videos after I told my sister to start watching. Thank you again. It means so much x
I made the Lamb kebab when you first vloged it on here. Did it in my Cosori air fryer 5.5L. made 2 large sausage ( oh er Mrs) shaped ones so they would fit. Froze one eat the other. You are 100% correct, so much better than the ones from down the local kebab takeaway and you know what's in yours. 😊
I remember trying the lamb kebab before when you did it. Have tried it since with different meats - venison is good. Works well in the slow cooker. Never tried it in an airfryer yet but will try it next time I do one (mine are much smaller because its only me so cook a lot faster).
Sharon and Martin 's Dinner, the kebabs did look yummy, yummy, lovely jubilee.👌 It's good to see the family together, baby Frank, Charlotte, and Jimmy enjoying the meal. 👍
🇬🇧🦋Looks absolutely scrumptious, popped lamb mince on shopping list , teaching us all new recipes.. cannot wait to taste … hubby is a kebab addict . Thanks team x🦋🇬🇧
I have been making this kebab since you first vloged it, we had this 3 days ago.we all love it we buy 2 x 500g mince and does all 4 of us do mine in the cosori pressure cooker on slow cook , i slow cook for 5hrs and it’s done , everyone get watching the older video you won’t regret it.
Hi lovly family really enjoyed this video the kebab made my mouth water delicious and baby frank is adorable He made me laugh wearing mummies glasses bless him hope your all well your number one fan Angela xx❤
Fantastic going to go back to your other video and check how to spice it up and cook in slow cooker. Love how you both work together. Thanks as always. Really got my taste buds going and it’s only 7am in Australia lol.
Hi Shaz and Martin, always tasty looking meals from you both, have passed some of your tips and recipes to my twin daughters. Frank bless him does eat really well and is coming along lovely, take care x
Hi guys, I really am enjoying these daily videos, thank you for taking the time to make them. I haven't made these homemade kebabs in ages. So they're now on my "to make" list. Yours all looked delicious 😋 xx
Hi Martin and Sharon, you have got the patients of a saint. I love wraps but hate when they spring open when you try to eat them. Never thought about wrapping them in tin foul, thank you for the tip thats a game changer😂. Love the video as always💕
Ivd tried this Sharon. I agree 👍 better than any kebab ive ever had .Its so juicy and for 150 g you get loads ! Well worth it .Great made into patties and with salad and cheese on a bun its as good as a McD,s
Regarding garlic mayo. Possible top tip for those that don’t know. In a major supermarket chain beginning with M. If you go into the world food aisle they sell the large sauces that you see on the counter of your local dirty burger van for about a quid. More importantly they also have things like chopped tomatoes, kidney beans etc for half the price they are selling them for 3 aisles down.
Thank you 🙏 for your presence on 🌍 ( i am a Hindu vegan girl in whose home you would be very welcome ... when i am sorted ...YOU BOTH ARE SALT 🧂 OF EARTH 🌍 just like my mother and father ❤
Your better of making the kebab the day before you want it, the lamb, meat and fat will solidify so when you cut it you can get the thin slices like you woukd a takeaway, plus it only takes 5 -10 mins to reheat Tongmaster has the best donner kebab seasoning going, this is what most takeaways will use plus its not expensive
I do like a lamb kebab BUT I am a silly old girl that does not eat the outside. lol No wrap, no pita. So definitely good for me to have homemade. A wrap to me is like having a cold pancake. I know people love them, just no me, so I eat all the middle and chips. So it is salad and meal for me. :)
Hi Sharon and Martin oh it's miles better having homemade as you don't know what they put in kebab meat but you do at home . Like my mum used to say my sister would eat a shop bought pie but not a homemade one as mum put onions in her meat and my sis doesn't like onions . I come from a family of 8 mum dad and 6 kids so mum made cakes cooked dinners and she use to frown on Mrs such a so going the chippy for dinner or tea and looking back mums dinner cost more than a chippy meal for Mrs such a so family .home made is best and always has been love to you both love fran xxxx
I do these but without the wraps..Those are 14 carbs per wrap..Quite high, the only reason why they are 14 carbs is because they are smaller than the normal wrap. This is how they get away with calling them lite and lower carb. The ingredients would spike my sugars, shame. There is a company Martin online called seriously low carb..Their wraps are around 3 carbs per wrap..I can eat those without a spike..rolls are 2 grams carbs really nice
I watched & made your lamb version. Turned out brilliant. Got me thinking that l could make it a bit lower fatby using chicken mince: well cheap in Sainsburys. Just us 2 so l only use one 450g pack of mince. Did cheat: bought a pack of doner kebab seasoning (again, cheap in Sainsburys) as I'd not ordinarily use all those spices. Bought all ingredients for another chicken one on Monday I'm sure its not me, but I'm 😂not great at carving stuff thin (left handed, or cack-handed' as my dad called me😊). So I use my trusty Moulinex electric knife...its only 43yrs old (Engagement pressie😂). Lovely 😋
Another great videos Sharon looks massive fair play to you baby Frank loves Ur cooking Martin looks great Frank is gas hope use had great day best videos on utupe love ftom dublin❤
OHHHHH YESSSSS!!!!!! Martin. As you say...."FULL METAL JACKET" LUVLY JUBLY!!!!!! I'LL TAKE TWO PLEASE. WHEN YOU'RE READY 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Great vlog Guys. Looking forward to your next one. Meanwhile hugs and kisses😘😘😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hi to you both, thought ide put a message out for you, we were using a higher heat than normal 205deg with the Cosori 5.5 lift out basket type when the handle melted off the basket pulling the three securing nuts through the plastic mounting bracket. Weve had the air fryer for a while now so being Mr fix it (60 and retired now) 😂I disassembled the handle re drilled and re fixed it back on the basket in four positions. I was surprised how the plastic has crumbled with the fryers maximum temperature setting, maybe something Cosori should look into, possibly using more metal in that part of design... Anyhow just a heads up for you, Always watching and loving your vids, glad you're getting on top of health issues, Atb regards Tom & Julie..
Aw bless, hi Anna, that's so nice. I am gonna try those home-made kebabs. I have not had a kebab meat for years and oh boy, my mouth is watering. Thx so much u 2 xx
Martin next time you feed baby Frank. Can you apply a bit of the music you have when tasting 😂 that would look great. Keep up the lovely entertaining videos. We'll done .
Lovely kebab guys. We will have to give that a go. A nice treat for ye after being so healthy for so long. Ye should make something like this every so often as a reward for being so good on your diets. Well done guys. Ya can tell Martin looks alot healthier and so do you Sharon
Oh yum now I want one. If you like garlic mayo Aldi in Australia do a great garlic dip which is just like the Lebanese Toum, oh my gosh it’s good. I’m sure it’s everywhere.
I am not a fan of a kebab but l think with the wrap it looks so good and to make it yourself l am not a fan of to hot but l might just try it great video thanks for sharing xx

Love these ❤ i have been doing them in the slow cooker like you showed in a old Video. We all love them. Thanks for your great Videos
I’ve seen people cut the meat with a potato peeler to get it nice and thin . But it’s just as hood thick of thin .

Yummy I love meat full metal jacket!!
It’s better to warm the tortilla wrap a few seconds in the microwave . Makes it easy to roll without cracking or feeling stiff.
