Judging from a response below it actually looks like the manufacturer for an ipad jailbreak is responding with what seems to be an official account marker so I think someone else's video comments got transposed onto ours

stop lying to ppl by saying activation locked has been removed, you just bypassed it by jailbreaking using checkra1n and bypassing either by using Mina bypass, Checkm8 or iremove. and you dont even have to use program, connect to itunes, put the ipad in recovery or Dfu mode and then restore.

the usb memory is ok but rufus get this error when burn the volum dont contain a recognized file system please make sure that all required file system are loaded and that volume is not corrupted
