Hi! If your iPad is signed to an Apple ID, Find My is on, and you can reset your iPad on the lock screen. Or if you know the screen passcode, you can erase your iPad in Settings directly.

Because before I used to download with Touch ID then 1 day it said that I had type the Apple ID password and I forgot😢😭😩
