Edelgard started her war in an attempt to remove the line between nobles and commoners and was defeated by a group of nobles and commoners working together. Ironic
So in summary, magic (and brave weapons) are everything! But poor Annette didn't do anything on the map haha. Is there any gameplay reason why it was female Byleth in particular? Especially since you cannot promote to gender locked classes in this type of run? Or was that just personal choice and not affecting the gameplay?
@@triabolical Ah! Great point! I constantly forget about things like Sylvain and Hilda's personal skills and how gender plays into them. I cannot say I've ever remembered those personal skills enough to incorporate them into runs, but precise runs can make all the difference I suppose. I did a hard/classic run of commoner/noble only, but in VW. It was as predictably annoying as I had expected it to be. 4 movement and no class mastery skills made for a less enjoyable challenge run than my previous challenge runs. In fact, it's probably my least favorite challenge run I've done in 3H thus far, and I've done magic only CF, and no canto/infantry only SS runs too. My bow only AM run was laughably easy cuz bows are broken in this game tho.
@@l.n.3372 If you want to just have a blast, I did a VW Gauntlets (+ Healing spells) only run and I had such a blast, but that's also because I love Gauntlets I will also admit to doing it in NG+ and prepping ranks beforehand so some units could use Aura Knuckles when needed
@@Wizzkidwas I've done multiple meme runs and challenge runs in 3H. For AM, I once did a bow only run; and, more recently for AM, an inverse run (where all physical units can only use magic, and all magical units can only use weapons). For CF, I did a reason + faith spell only run. For SS, I did an infantry unit only run/no canto. For VW, I did a no promotion run (noble and commoner only).
@@l.n.3372I remember making Ingrid a Dark Flier and Bernadetta a Gremory and they were killing it with their spells. Why not a no magic run? A inverse and infantry run sounds kinda dumb and lame, but how about a no magic run? I plan on doing one for Azure Moon somehow.
The units are very poweful for commoner with Byleths 68 strength. I think the video is just for fun. As already mentioned you have to train your units. I killed her on maddening with falcon knight! Lysithea (35 strength), she is not that hard to damage. If you are locked in the month, but have saved on the first day, you can use the time glitch and train infinitely.
Use RNG manipulation to restart maps to reset your level ups, also if you abuse the infinite month glitch you can farm stat boosters in the Sothis room below the gazebo
dedue after fighting against a literal monster:ah yes i have mastered the ways of the commoners
Average day in Fodlan
“I am the master of being poor"
Amazing job. Edelgard actually promoted social equality and the advancement of commoners here
Edelgard, grimacing from her injuries: I have to admit, this is pretty neat. I still refuse to go to jail tho-- [gets impaled] Thanks.

Task failed….successfully?
Dann, nicely done. Absolutely crushed this map.
Dedue gaining magic felt like a crime
I accidentally trained him up to A faith once and it was useless other than the heal magic
ELdrictch nightmare: I will take you out so fast, you will not even have a chance to lament
This absolute madman: *Uno reverse card.*
This is like telling a Vietnam war vet the war was pointless
And they say three houses doesn't have crazy set-ups like engage does.
"Can you do (thing) in RPG with endless allowances for bad rng and rampant stupidity?"
I dunno, CAN you?
Good work, my man.
Very cultured of you to use Bernie, I approve.
This video goes hard
Using Manuela as you should 😌
ew
Bruh Manuela wishes She got half that warp range lmaooo
damn nicely done

It didn't matter that much but for Sylvain's personal would be the only reason to go Female Byleth in this type of run.

gg
Is this really on maddening??? I can't put a dent on Edelgard up to this day
so do you train ANY units? She isn't hard

if I had to bet, he probably stocked up on Strength Bonuses via gardening for exclusively Dimitri and Byleth.
So NG+ is required for this for the second copy of the dance battalion, right?
Makes sense, since you by necessity can't use a dancer.
Oh my god
Why are the stats of the Characters so high in those videos? like 68 strength or 41^spd what?
Probably with the stat boosting items?
Do a lot of gardening to get stat boosters

@@hexmaniacciaran a bit late to the party here but restart maps and reset levels ups?
Also probably cooking buffs
