Thanks GT. We have come a long way haven't we? To admit a guilty secret, it's one of the things I watch out for when watching videos so that I can try the tricks I learn out for myself.
Hey Dave nice upgrade / maintenance buddy , great tip with the fluid cap I shall steal that in future (like the old marvel condensed milk can ) shame I didn't know that one before I used a thousand litres on the escort !!! 😣.... any way seriously now , great job thanks again Dave ..keeping Damage ?
Thanks mate. I think you must have used a tanker full before you got the hang of bleeding the Escort! As for Damage, well there is a video coming up to answer that one...
This is the thing to do with the intruder clutch line if he's doing what I think he's going to do. I'm commenting at the beginning but replacing intruder/Blvd clutch lines with an end to end braided unit it the only intelligent thing to do would be a nightmare to tear the whole bike down to nothing to install the fragile OEM part a braided hose with banjos on both ends with the perfect angle on them is $50 and easy easy easy to install don't die replace your intruder clutch line before it makes you do something
Great walk through, your production skills are a million miles from where we first started this, really nicely put together.

Top job my man! As ever I need to do mine on the T140V.
Cheers. Hope to see you out on it soon!

On older bikes the stock hydraulic lines are normally on the service schedule for replacement, but this rarely seems to happen
