Awesome man! I just made this project for a physics expo at my school. the angles in the code didn't work for me at first but just after tinkering with the code a little bit it finally worked correctly. Overall this was an awesome and unique project and I hope I win the expo.
Could you possibly assist me with the code? I've gotten to the point of the mechanics working but when I click run in processing it just show the screen, no movement digitally
well done but my little contribution is i don't think this should be called RADAR since the word RADAR is an English acronym which stands for Radio Detection And Ranging while here the detection is not accomplished using radio waves but ultrasound, maybe we should call this SONAR "Sound Navigation And Ranging".
When I make a separate programme for servo motor it runs smoothly but when I give command of full programme which you have provide in that the servo motor rotates very very slowly and also stepwise very slow so what is the problem in this kindly provide me the solution . Thanks 🙏🙏
Agreed he should've used another source of tension to power both the Arduino and the servo instead of relying only on the USB power. Another solution would've been to use a beefy capacitor between GND and 5V to handle the voltage drop.
Here,the Processing IDE and code needs a serial communication between Arduino and Computer . So in this case it is not possible without a medium like Universal Serial Bus(USB). If you want to make it wireless you need few more components for transmission , different code and a different computer application.
The project and the way you explained how to do it is really excellent bro. Can you please tell me any modifications that can be made to the project and display it at science expo??

If I wanted to calculate far distances, is there a better unit I could find out there for the radar output? I was hoping for longer distances like even 1km for instance, is there any units out there that would cover such distances? Also, given the new improvements in Arduino and possible software, would you use anything differently if you were looking to do something more on the size of like a regular boat radar. I am actually only doing this for vfx stuff, so different use case then probably you intended for this setup, but gets me started already since I am pretty new to arduino, and I didn't even realize they had such software already to process the data, which is very cool. In my case I was thinking closer to lidar for instance. Just curious if there are actually anything like that for the arduino?

I want to do this project without USB Cable (wireless connections) only I connect power supply for Arduino by using 5v battery's.Then the processing 3 software(which was showing the rotating 180° axis in green colour ) it was able to run for doing this project as wireless connections with your code is it possible....plss reply me brooo....
