- Hello guys! Today I have a highly requested video I am really excited to share with you and hopefully will help you figure out which straightner is best for you, your hair, your budget, lifestyle etc.
In this video I am comparing, reviewing and demostrating how the Dyson Corrale cordless straightner compares to the GHD Platnium+ straightner in terms of its weight, heat settings, packaging, styling abilities and more. These are two of the best hair brands on the market so I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on them too, which one do you have / which one will you buy and why?

Just picked up my GHD’s after using the Dyson for ages, about two years and they still work. They seem to work quicker and my hair felt so much nicer afterwards..I dunno! 😮 Ghd at least 12 years old, just had the Dyson replaced after two years as it failed. Dyson were kind enough to replace it

I need a new straightejer that is less harsh as my hair is thin and dyed blonde also about short- medium lenght I have a Ghd platinum,but Its 5 years old and does seem to dry my hair badly lately,I might save up for a Dyson. Would you say it is less damagong to your hair.Did your hair condition improved since using it?
Thank you so much for your comment! I find both brands are great quality and deffinitly don’t damage your hair as much as other cheaper brands. The best hair product I could recommend for heat styling but little to no damage is the dyson Airwrap I use it every single day for touching up, drying my hair, adding volume, curling and straightening! It’s brilliant 👏🏻

Which is the best?
Think it depends on what you want it for! I love them both and I also have the steam pod which is also amazing. If you watch the full video it will give the pros and cons of both!
What color is the GHD you are using?
I’m not sure of the exact shade I’m afraid but it’s a silver tone? Sorry I couldn’t be more help I can’t seem to see the colour I have on the website either 😢
