Tomato Paste - from 2 to 3 tomato
Green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Kasuri Methi / Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
Water - as required
Soaked and cooked chickpeas - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
➡️INGREDIENTS FOR RUMALI ROTI:
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup approximately
Water- 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
