It's one of the best rides and in Autumn. Best to stay in Yokote (onsen hotel near station) and do a return day trip Y-K-Y to enjoy.

平均速度70代なのでそんなに早いってわけでもないかと

Definitely not 1080p HD. I'd diagnose posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). Ot is it just that the focus is set on the windscreen rather than the railway track? Disappointing, as lovely country and good colours.
