Oakland is gorgeous, they need to all get some skills under their belt to improve their city! Be electricians, be plumbers, be masons etc. Really build your city up, literally .
How will electrical and plumbing contracting companies hold onto their copper and tools if their employees think that bipping is ethical? Employee ethics are already challenging in the trades in general and losses will put you out of business way too fast.

@@christopherash8613 Thanks for the reply. I’m not sure either man but you can’t go from bipping to union benefits. I’m a licensed electrical contractor and we already have problems with wire disappearing and it’s all employees who are at it. Scrap wire is $3 a pound and it gets sold to someone with a license who’s actually a fence. We figured out a solution. We attach all disappearing wire to bonus’s and suddenly the problem got a lot better. I started the company in the early 90s and I’m ready to tiptoe out of the business and start my movie making journey but I can’t tell you how much the company has been robbed by employees. It’s kinda like an entitlement thing. Bipping is an entitlement thing too. You just take because you’re a bully and you don’t care about who the victim is. I never hurt nobody and I tried to get people into a good career but I can’t teach you what your mama didn’t teach you. I don’t want to be no one’s daddy at this point. I can’t afford to have a thug in my life. I had an employee once who called me at 11.30 pm drunk and he wanted to come by my house and discuss his wages out on the street. You never guess, yeah he was a lot bigger than me. I called the cops and you’ll never guess, he was on parole. I found out the next morning that he violated his parole by threatening me. Sorry to say but people like me that own business’s and love my work and have never been arrested or never hurt anybody are done. We just can’t afford this trauma in our lives. I don’t know the answer. I’m sorry.

You're incorrect there was zero blacks in Oakland in 1910. You're referring to "The Great Migration" consisting of blacks that escaped the south migrating into Los Angeles in 1910 they didn't come to Oakland or the Bay until decades later when WWll began in the late 1940s.
Oakland and the Bay Area was all Asians (who built the entire bay area) Whites and Latinos in pre WWll 1910s Bay Area. We had zero blacks in Oakland not until the late 40s.
I graduated UC Berkeley with a history degree focusing on California history and demographics.
Google clearly tells u that there was 8000 blacks between northern and southern California in the year 1901,,in which means what i said is absolutely true,,that blacks began migrating out of the south in the early 1900s........Also,,im highly doubting at this point that you went to California Berkeley and majored in history,,because u obviously don't even know the basics...In fact,,I wouldn't expect a highly intellectual Berkeley graduate to be crying about reading a few paragraphs,,making his self look like a whole trend following cool kid teenager....Does that make sense ? smh

Ghost Town is over. That’s a dead hood. Ghost Town used to be off the hook and lit back in the 90s and early 2000s. But those days are over. It’s heavily gentrified and got some homeless encampments around it now.

I remember back in 2010 I was in SJ County with Van from West Oakland and he would always represent 10th Street.
And he had a co-defendant that we would call Frisco. Last time I saw him was DVI G-wing 2011. I know he was waiting on an appeal to take the (L) off his sentence. I pray all is well with him and Frisco and that they both come home soon.
