      Juhwan Cochfield is the main guy responsible for this, he bears the responsibility for filming and insulting Mr. Miu he basically set up a lynching atmosphere to get all of his friends to surround the guy, so Juhwan is partly to blame for his friend getting stabbed and the other kid getting unalived.
      Her son Isaac shouldn't have approached to Mr. Mue but wanted to be part of the mob.. he got too close because he wanted to partake in the taunting and yelling, so he put himself in the line of fire when it all went bad

      I would ask all the parents of the bullies, what they have done to raise such monsters .. a mob harassing a man, what for? For a vodeo to post online? Alcohol is no excuse for their behaviour. I have no sympathy for the bullies or their families.
      I do not find justification for Nicolae's post incident actions..but , seeing the video, I would say self defense. None from the bullies interfered to stop the harassment, but all play the victims

    • @louderthanwordsInclusivity
      @louderthanwordsInclusivity 8 месяцев назад

      @@Elena-fe3os as shitty as the kids behaved, I think far less of you based on your comment and obvious disordered lack of empathy far exceeding that shown by the kids that day.
      Things usually aren’t black and white, and much more contributes to outcomes beyond parenting which we know for a fact, not an opinion, from ample research.
      However the behavior of a single incident of a bunch of kids while yes, intoxicated, simply does not imply outcome or personality or traits of them at all-it’s a single incident, and incident while they were all very young mind you. But just to humor you, even if it DID indicate their overall personality and outcomes, it still in no way indicates parenting on its face, because there are countless other factors such as environment, peer groups, adverse childhood experiences outside the home such as at school, if they ever were hospitalized, ever dealt with life threatening illnesses or long term hospitalization as a child, if a parent or close relative such as a sibling died, if they witnessed traumatic experiences such as someone breaking into their home, or for example me and my 2 young sons were harassed, threatened, and my son restrained by a mentally ill man after our car broke down-these are things that are outside of the control of simply “parenting”, and of course one of the biggest factors we are seeing depending on the child and specific genetics, IS genetics.
      So assuming that we live in some different reality where a single incident and behavior on one single day is somehow an indicator of you, random unqualified person on RUclips, or what “type” of people they are, it still in no way is an indicator of how they were raised based on this incident alone with no other information.
      No one likes bullying. However, there are so many things that can come into play, it can be a one off incident from a lapse in judgement, it could be just shitty behavior and character overall, which changes and improves as they age which happens with a MASSIVE percentage of young people, it in itself doesn’t mean they are just horrible evil in empathetic people.
      So I’m sorry, but the fact that you are commenting criticizing saying you have no empathy for the families of the victims, the mother of her dead child, because, what…. Because he called a guy some mean names? And then when the guy came back and approached them multiple times, and refused to leave despite being told to, he called him names some more?
      So because of that you think you have some morally superior place in life to morally condemn the victims AND the grieving mother?
      Regardless of the situation, anytime someone does, anytime someone’s mother is grieving the death of their young child who never even made it to adulthood, even when their child actually truly did do evil things like Dylan klabolds mother for example grieving her son who murdered many and then killed himself-it is sad. Most NORMAL humans with actual NORMAL amounts of empathy can empathize with a grieving mother regardless of the scenario that led up to it.
      So the fact that you’re simultaneous saying that you don’t condone Miu’s actions…. While also coming here to condemn insult and straight up shit on the loss this mother is dealing with as well as condemning and shitting on her and her dead child as humans, all because her child said some mean things to a guy on a single occasion…. That’s a massive red flag, and a huge sign that you yourself have an abnormal lacking of empathy, which directly correlates to morality.
      I’d take a kid who said mean shit and bullied a guy once who feels remorse or never did it again or some guy who has this weird detattched lacking of empathy and goes out of his way to shit on and disgrace the massive loss that a mother who wasn’t even anywhere near the incident is facing, or a guy who got mad when people called him names and went back to grab his knife, charged at the kids and grabbed them and then came back smiling with his knife stealthily brandished ready to instigate a physical altercation so he could stab kids and claim self defense as he daydreamed about on his Facebook, any day.

    I get why they are saying self defense, he was pretty much surrounded by a big group of people who were yelling and being aggressive but...he wasn't injured and they had no weapons. The man just started lashing out with the knife and considering the damage he did to the poor guy whose bowels came out and that he stabbed the other guy in the heart...the man basically went into a murderous rage and it looks like he knew exactly how to use that knife

    • @herphermits
      @herphermits 8 месяцев назад +110

      Lemme break down your statement here:
      -He was surrounded by a large group of aggressive young adult. And they started being aggressive and they started and escalated the situatin by laying their hands on him 1st.
      -He was injured the moment they layed their hands on him 1st.
      -Their age, group size and aggressiveness are their weapon. They "mobbed" him. ie. In analogy, have you ever seen what a mob of ants can do to a lizard? Doesn't end well to the lizard, and doesn't end well to a few of the ants either. And he wasn't waiting to find out if they do have weapons, his instinct to protect himself saved him.
      -He didn't just started to lash out, he has all the reasons to protect himself by all means. He then though his life was in danger, so employed every means he got to defend himself.
      -He didn't went on a full "murderous rampage". He was backing away, but he kept anyone coming in at bay. If he was on a "murderous rage" as you said he did, then we would all have seen him go after and chase anyone with his weapon (which he never did).
      -And yes, he knew how to use that knife. He knew well enough when and how to use it. And which is completely irrelevant to the case.

    My parents raised my brother and I to treat any physical altercation as a life or death situation. Walk or run away if possible and we were always instructed to evaluate and determine whether or not engagement is “worth it”. My father was adamant that we should always assume the opposition or aggressor is capable of causing severe harm and may be fatal. He said that we should always presume that the opposition has access to a weapon of some variety (knife, gun etc). We were repeatedly told that our hands can become a lethal weapon and practicing emotional discipline during an event like this can be reinforced in many social settings. A man calls your wife a rude and nasty name, it’s time to leave and refrain from instigating or escalating the situation. However, we were told that if we must defend ourselves and fleeing is not an option, fight to eliminate the threat and expect some degree of consequences. As humans, we could all do better to treat each other with respect and grace one another with the “benefit of the doubt”. I cannot confidently determine what my course of action would have been as either the older man or the young adults who received serious and unfortunately, fatal injuries. I surround myself with people who are of high moral character and share the same beliefs as I do when deciding to use physical force. I would like to believe that my friends would not engage with someone who is displaying the behavior of the elderly man nor push him to the ground and certainly not when water is a potential threat to someone’s safety. When you have experienced horrific violence and hostility, you are less motivated to participate as you have seen the consequences and gruesome outcomes. Perhaps this may serve as a reminder to others to avoid violent confrontation and prioritize the removal of your presence immediately. Horrible behavior like this occurs in bars and while driving a vehicle. It may be best to not even look over to the driver who committed a traffic violation and then make gestures towards them such as flicking them off. People are unpredictable during emotionally charging situations and the ability to avoid physically violent and confrontation may very well be the reason why the lives of yourself or others is preserved. It’s disappointing and disgusting to see the behavior of all parties involved. Treat each other with some decency and respect and only use physical force against a threat to harm or kill the enemy. The conflicting components of self defense and using the appropriate means necessary to stop a threat are what the jury will be responsible for determining. Nobody should have felt compelled to use a weapon against the adversary in self defense and the young adults should have refrained from instigating the violent response from the elderly man. The situation was one that could have ended with a peaceful resolution but there is no predicting when someone feels threatened and the willingness to escalate the conflict without any warning. So the next time you find yourself in a position where someone has insulted or enraged you, attempt to leave the situation without any further comments or display of a physical intimidation. My opinion on the matter is really not of any merit or value. It is ultimately up to the interpretation of the jury whether or not the appropriate amount of force was justified. I was not present during the incident and I am only able to collect the evidence that the video provides. There are many speculations about how the elderly man had struck a woman and that resulted in the hostility from the group of young men. Even if it is true, I believe that neither myself or peers would have began to assault a man who appears to be “odd” or certainly unpredictable. Someone typically has the urge to stroke their ego and verbally escalate to a point where they may be perceived as a threat. I cannot determine whether or not I would have felt obligated to use such lethal force in a similar situation because I was not the man who was shoved down and outnumbered in the circumstances that fists were the tool of choice. I personally think I would have restrained myself and began to quickly separate myself from the group. It appeared to be prematurely desperate to decide the knife was required but I am also a healthy and very physically capable man who has confidence in my ability to defend myself if necessary. I definitely think that the alcohol and drug use is a contributing factor in the behavior of the individuals. Essentially, I prefer to avoid these situations entirely and continue to enjoy the company of people who do not act instinctively and also appreciate the value of thinking before they act. They have the ability to rapidly make decisions based on the potential risks and benefits of their actions. I think this ideology as it pertains to fighting may be of interest to others. You may disagree with my perspective but there is a reason why highly trained military combatants (Jocko) have advocated for the adoption of such principles. Nobody is a winner in this situation. Life was lost and I presume that many people will regret their decisions and reflect on their impact repeatedly.

      So many great points to remember. Unfortunately alcohol gets in the way of all logic. I used to be a gigging musician in bars and clubs in my 20s. I was one of 4 or 5 sober people in a bar or club 4 nights a week. The first set was usually peaceful. The 3rd set which was more than half way through the night is when the wheels fell off the wagon. I learned very early on to tiptoe out the back door as soon as things started brewing and I got excellent at knowing when to be long gone fairly quickly. A friend asked me once if we ever had problems with getting heckled and I said no. He asked why. I said it’s really basic. They’re drunk and I’m sober.

    I would bet anything that after he hit the women, if someone had punched him one time (in self defense) and had he fallen and hit his head on a rock ( leading to his death), then that person would be in jail for murder. Yet he may not serve jail time after lurking around teens and maming 5-6 of them. This man ( supposedly frail and old) walked up stream in water a long distance ( walking in water is hard and upstream is even harder), then ran up and lunged at kids, hit one, stabbed 5-6, killed 1, and then walked back to his group hundreds of feet away, got dressed, then tried to leave, clean the knife in water while walking back, toss the knife in the trail, then lie to cops (and his friends) and pretend he knew nothing about the incident. No frail old man does that. 1) 54 is middle aged and NOT old, 2) the cardiopulmonary endurance it takes to do all of that is huge and he did it just fine. So they can stop with the frail old man line. The teens had a suspicion about him being unsafe and they were right because of what happened which was 80% his fault. As the adult he should have known better. This man tried to leave the scene of a Friday the 13th movie. Defense needs to call a medical professional to testify as the fitness it takes to do all of this.

Many of the kids/young adults described as victims have prior history(arrests) with the police. I don’t know that the defendant has a criminal history we’ll hear if he does or doesn’t. First degree murder charge is a big mistake (over charge, harder to prove). Most all of the prosecutor’s witnesses were drunk and high and have criminal history and have already been caught lying by defense attorneys. As a mom to a 15 year old boy. I can sympathize however, facts are facts. There is no win in this unfortunate situation. Hopefully just lessons learned for everyone. As parents, for our children, as humans, hopefully we can all learn something from this and do better…

    Sad situation all around, I feel for this woman who tried a raise a good son which I am sure she did. One momentary lapse in judgement is all it takes kids. Dont fuck with people and youll likely live a long and happy life.

    I'm so confused about why they asked a grieving mother to testify? She didn't see the event go down, why make her suffer?
