Thanks for taking us with you to to Hermes Sevres....the BEST video I've seen for this store. Interesting and in depth video as you talk about the prices as well.
The Hermes Cafe looks so pretty and I would love to have a dessert and coffee there in the future. Great footage of this beautiful store with gorgeous items! I need to try H makeup too. The scarves look like works of art. ❤
Thanks for the wonderful Vlogs, I'm planning to Visit Paris next year July!! and I'm planning to go on a luxurious shopping spree. Could you do a video about declaring the items you bought in Europe when you import them back to your home country and how much we need to pay ? pls and thanks !!
Thank you so much 😊 when I entered my country, if I can remember correctly, I believe you have declare for taxes any combined goods over $800 (every country is different, but that's the amount for where I live). So if you buy 3 items and they add up to $799 then you don't have to declare but since most luxury items and Hermes bags are over $800 you have to declare on one of those automated machines as you enter. I put in the estimated value of everything I purchased which was roughly $12,000 and then the machine prints a ticket and you take it to an officer. They looked at my passport and just waved me through without charging me anything. They seemed to be waving everyone through, it was really chaotic at the airport and huge lines so this may of been a factor. However I assume the most one would have to pay on their goods would be the goods tax of your province or state. I wish I could be more helpful but apparently if you fail to declare items they can and will seize them. Imagine having a Kelly or Birkin seized 😢
This store is huge!!! Wow! It’s very beautiful! I love the Constance, Picotin lock, and mini Bolide. Do you know if those bags are as difficult to get as a or Kelly in Paris? I am going to Paris next year but I def don’t want to spend my whole trip worrying whether they’ll sell me a bag. Great video! Thank you so much! 🥰
Oh I wish I could give you a more straightforward answer but it is so random, I've been 3 times now since 2021 and I've gotten a Kelly 1 out of 3 visits (first visit I tried to get just a Picotin and I could not get that either). It will really depend if you get a lottery appointment. If you get an appointment then you have a very good chance of getting either of the 3 bags you mentioned but without the appointment it's hit or miss unfortunately. Incase you did not see my video all about the appointment system, here is a full video I made on that explaining how it works ❤ ruclips.net/video/9HATx_Ce_So/видео.html
Thank you! I can't wait to unbox it, as soon as I'm back home I will film the unboxing and get it edited and up on my channel - editing can take a bit but I'm hoping it will go up by next week
Love this vlog ! So interesting to see the 2022 prices and the price increases on some models. But I have an interrogation on the ostrich made Bastia, the pink one is 745€ and the other one in beige is 650€, for the same leathers ?!🧐
The Hermès saddles are around and about €8500,-. Typically a high end (French made) saddle would cost you between €5000 to €6000,-. Saddles are of course always custom fitted to both horse and rider, so it's not only the saddle you pay for, but the fitting appointments too. All that being said: I find Hermès saddles are absolutely horrendous to ride in. 🤣😋
@@miradonfbd Oh, yes: that's the thing: it's often considered best to have a saddle for each horse, as no two horse's backs are the same. To make it even more worse: if you do both dressage and showjumping, it's almost inevitable to at one point end up with both a dressage saddle and a jumping saddle. Very much how I eventually got four saddles for two horses (before I retired one of them). 😋 It's an amazing hobby, but a damn expensive one, hehe. Good thing that (like handbags), well taken care of saddles do tend to hold a bit of resell value.
@@miezepluis I doubt even olympic riders have a saddle for each horse. But you certainly need separate dressage and jumping saddles, those are totally different.
Last year when I went for the first time I was so surprised and happy the prices were out because in my store they would also never haha and then I found out that in France it's law to have to prices displayed
That first pink constance looks like 5P bubblegum, not rose sakura, unless the color is really off on the video. And that "not epsom" HAC looks like Volynka leather.
Yes it’s Volynka leather! I later showed a plaque sharing the history behind the leather they had near it. I also thought the constance was not light enough to be Sakura (but not dark enough to be rose confetti, and I thought 5P usually has some mauve undertones. It could be the epsom leather which makes the color more vibrant vs a chèvre makes Sakura lighter but honestly now that I’m looking at it again on film I really don’t know if it’s Sakura 😅
I love your videos of all the luxury stores in Paris! Thank you so much for sharing! Can I ask was there long lines to get in the Hermes and Chanel stores when you went? I’m planning to go there end of July and hope to get picked for the lotto 🤞🏼if not, will still try to go as there’s some shoes I want from Hermes. Chanel I am hoping the 22B will be out by the time I’m there.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate you watching & supporting. There was basically no lines at Hermes (I went to all 3 locations and I went to FSH multiple times, maybe 2 of those times I went there was a 3min line to get in but that's it) but Chanel was a complete other story, 20min + line to get in and then up to 2 hours to see a SA to look at/try on anything - I shared the full Chanel experience and info about lines etc in this video, ruclips.net/video/5dyA6BVidUY/видео.html hope this helps
@@DoubleVanilla omg. 2 hours for Chanel? Wow! Maybe I need go when they first open then! Ty for replying!!! I just watch your unboxing of the Kelly! Congratulations it looks beautiful!!!
@@bootch22 Thank you and yes try in the morning on a weekday and avoid weekends. You can also try making an appointment using their online website, there's a section at the bottom of their Chanel website, it lets you choose the country, city, boutique etc.
Thank you so much for doing this! I feel like I'm in Paris shopping with you! what a fun experience!

No, just here for a bit
Your filming is very jumpy. Hard to see things properly sometimes.
