- Asian foods are becoming more popular in Iran, especially authentic ones. Chef Sol is the most popular Asian food chef in Iran, not only because of her delicious foods but also for her smile and her vibes.
In this video, we spend 1 day in her kitchen at Espinas Hotel and watch how they cook different Asian and Indian food in this restaurant.
Also, the Asian Lounge has a sushi bar to prepare fresh sushi for guests.

So it’s definitely interesting seeing a Filipina assuming head Chef making mostly Chinese dishes? Most dishes appearance like Chinese dishes with way too much soy sauce, which makes them super salty. The only dish which’s Japanese Sushi, was closest to the real Sushi. Secondly,I’ve traveled to many countries due to my job. Retired now. There’s nothing close to our own Persian/Iranian foods. Truly, I’m not being biased due to being an Iranian. There’s absolutely no comparison. Even our own simple Dizi, is worth traveling a good 30 hours from USA to Iran.
First, thanks Amid for observing my videos. Yes, she is Filipina and they cook foods from all over Asia including Iran and India. Yes, there may be some changes in dishes compared to the traditional way that almost every chef does that. thanks again and I hope you enjoy my videos, especially those about traditional Iranian foods.

خیلی خوبه. ولی کله پاچه و چلو کبابو دیزی چیزه دیگس. غذای ایرانی حرف نداره مخصوصا برای ما غریبای اشنا. موزیک خیلی بلنده غذا خوردن با ارامش ........ خیلی چپلو چیوه....
