William's Tech the thing is that I can’t activate my 5s because of newer version of iOS and Apple’s policy. That’s why I’m downgrading to 10.3.3. If I manage to downgrade I’ll be able to activate it.
To activate iPhone try windows software like 3utools. Its great. I activate my iphones without sim card by using this software. And ya the downgrade tutorial in this video supports iPhone 5S 6,2 as I have one too. It worked. I have successfully downgraded to iOS 10.3.3 but keep in mind only following this tutorial is not enough. Make sure to install xcode, latest version of python 2 and 3, install homebrew and then Libusb. Do all these and it will work guranteed. It will work on first try. Also try to follow the updated guide to this tutorial.

Depends on what device you have, 32bit doesnt need DFU. 64bit does need DFU, DFU is tricky. try watching a youtube video on how you do it.
