Most people are not understanding the target buyer segment and making negative comments. This car is not for budget customers who are looking to buy this as their first and only car. This car is for people who already have a big car like Safari/Jeep and need a second car for easy, effortless and worryfree drive in city. So one who wants to buy this needs two parking lots.
For that segment there is no other product is market that comes even close to this car. Car is priced a bit low. It should have fast charger capacity and price point of 9-10L on road to avoid getting tag of cheapest ev

MG is cheating it's customers, when I went to MG showroom for a test drive they showed me the top end plush variant and said it's price is Rs.7.98 lakhs ex-showroom and I can book the car. Now I came to know that the base model is Pace which comes at that price and it doesn't have half of the features wat we are seeing in this video. Such horrible marketing tactics. The one shown in the video is costing Rs.9.98 lakhs ex-showroom which means it goes Rs.10+ lakhs on-road and why on the earth someone will make a fool of himself for buying this at that cost. 1 week ago they didnt even revealed that they got 3 variants in this neither on MG official website too, but today we can see about them on it's site. How can MG think of Indian customers are so fools??? We do extensive research before we buy any new concept or product. This gives the clear red carpet to Tata Tiago ev. I'm literally pissed off because I almost booked this car considering I'm getting this fully loaded comet for Rs.8+ lakhs on road..which is reasonable although it's high on pricing. Thank God it was my frnd who saved me to take a week's time to plan the finances and they decide to buy it. RIP Mg comet...

I think ground clearance is less. If 8 lakhs is introductory price and later if price match with tiago then ppl opt for tiago as It provides more space n more network. I think price 6.5lakhs is right price considering the size of the car. There s no fast charging option I believe. PRICE WILL DECIDE

Hello Sir… i have bought MG Comet and I’m loving the drive in the city. But one thing that is really irritating me is a slight rubber noise from the door biding and slight window. Glass clattering… is it normal? Does it happen with all cars? Or is it that because its an EV its more audible?

I would rather go for Tata Tiago ev than this one because it will seat 4 comfortably with enough boot space for groceries and such stuff and also park in tight spots when required. MG one is good for the super rich to use on their farms like a golf cart or for their servants to get monthly grocery and any school runs.
