Fresh paint and flooring throughout 👍. Those 70s-80s ranch style homes are my favorite. The fireplace would look great with a grey wash on the brick. How’s the asphalt driveway? Those long driveways can get pricey to repair if they get neglected for too long. Looks like a great home in a great neighborhood. Carriage Hills is definitely a West Mobile landmark.
Yes. Driveways can be expensive but this one is in pretty good shape.

What’s the year round weather like?
Overall, we have very mild winters, it dips down in the 20s from time to time, but usually hovers around a low of 40 and a high of 60. The summers are very hot, probably a low of 80 with a high of 96? Then, our fall and spring time is the best. Mid 60s. It’s great! it rains a lot.
@@livinginmobile thank you for the speedy response. My husband and I are looking at several different states that us ecology, the company he works for has offices. He’s a truck driver heavy equipment operator handling hazardous waste and I’m retired environmental radiation health and safety specialist. I want oak ridge Tennessee for the big lab and reenter the job force. If we decide on Alabama, I will contact you. We’re older and are tired of inflated CA. WE ARE NOT THE RICH CA that ruin the housing market for most of Americans. Take care now!

This is a real estate ad and its not accurate. Your looking at 400-500K for 3 br 2 ba in Mobile area, and no one is buying now.
The biggest thing to remember is this video was shot over two years ago, so when it was originally shot, yes, those prices were very accurate. However, Carriage Hills still has homes priced in the upper 200s.
@@livinginmobile Few can afford a 300k home. It takes 2 incomes, 1 person laid off its foreclosure. We are about to enter recession. I am 67 and have seen this same scenario except now everything is overpriced and 2 good incomes dont cut it anymore.
