by far the best offroad youtube channel ......austrailian govt should pay you for promoting its beauty it on my bucklist forsure ...... RONNY never stop mate NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
love these videos. definitely the best on youtube. no crap music and actually showing the fun of off-roading. not just the obstacles you complete but real off-roading. no matter how capable the vehicle your going to get stuck. ( unless you're a mall crawler. hard to get stuck on bumper blocks) That JKU needs some work though. tires and a little more lift at least.
That version of the Cruiser is awesome. Wish we had those in the States. The V8 sounds epic - best sounding diesel ever! That Jeep needs some tweaking and then it could keep up - 3-5 inches of lift and 35"s mud terrains would do wonders.
Probably your best video (that I've seen) yet. I have seen most of yours. As a 76 series owner, I'd love to see one mixing with you guys just to see the difference in wheel base makes to obstructions.
Brilliant footage, the only soundtrack is the engines roaring and the wheels struggling to grip. (Thanks for not ruining it with some lame music). Well done.
Awesome... I gotta get out to WA more cause I've never seen terrain like that in Australia. THAT looks like the West Coast of the US (looks a LOT like parts of Central Oregon - where I'm from - and Nor Cal or even Colorado) and if I'd just seen the scenery without the 70's and knowing where you're located I would NEVER have thought that was OZ aye... Crazy. As usual, great vids, love it.
Really enjoyed it where i live at everything is slowly being turned into houses and they have outlawed most of the places i used to go as a kid so mabey its time to move somewhere else bad ass video
Just stumbled on this one. I've watched all the recent vids and have to say this is the best driving I've seen in any of your vids. Looked like great fun. Do you mic up the trucks to get the exhaust note or is it just from the camera?
Awesome video Ron I like the white ute do me a favour tell that jeep driver to lash out on some decent wheels & tyres he's holding you guys up I also subscribed
Ade Larsen Denmark a thousand years ago maybe... sadly not today... btw, this was filmed in South Western Australia, they have a town there called Denmark, maybe they should have named it after Sweden instead!
Soylent Green LOL. Yeah. Anyway, the real Denmark is flat. Perfect for growing potatos, making beer and producing the best bacon and pork on the planet. Long live DK.
Thanks for the feedback, we will be but at this stage we don't have a date of when it will be. We also expect a few more than last time so we will need to plan for a bigger area. Stay tuned.
Hey well I honestly never post well not vary often just wanted to Say That's one Sick place for doin some serious runes ... Iam from southern Ontario Niagara area we have quite a bit of Good Places but I also thought the video was vary well put togeather
Hey Ronny, love the vids mate. Keep em coming. Would you have rough co-ords for that big rock area you guys are on at the end of the vid or a rough location?
yes I agree the off road is great but is boring where is this place.how did you bring the land cruise pick up 4✖️4 in to the state I remembered this well I was a letter you boy my father had one but more like family style it brings old memories back such a great car for all life style🇺🇸
What is the shuddering noise when push the clutch in on the cruisers? is it from unloading on drivetrain? all v8 cruisers do it? also love the 79 looks cracking! What model of Opposite lock bar do you have on it?
Ronny Dahl Wow, that is amazing! I was looking at it and thinking that it looked pretty stock equipped. I was impressed that it kept up pretty well with your magnificent Land Cruiser trucks.
Very good vid! Actually, I didn't know that LandCruiser 79Series. But, now I really like the LC. It Looks very nice 4*4 cars in the world. Anyway, do you know "Korando Sports"? This car is made in South Korea. How about this car in Offroad ? I wonder if which car is better. Thanks
G'day Cruiser Ute I asked him direct and here are the details: 4" dobinson coils, with 1" spacer.. 2" efs medium lead with superior extended shackles with 5" amarda extreme shocks all round, with superflex arms sway bar still in. Oh and he says medium leaf pack. There will be a Modified Episode on this rig so stay tuned...
Another great vid mate. I can't wait till I can finally get my dc 79. Now that you have had the cruiser for a while what are your thoughs? Are you happy with it? Also are you running the Toyota diff locks and if so how do they compare to ARB or Tim's products? Cheers mate
Thanks mate. With the Cruiser I'm very happy with it, its everything I wanted in one vehicle. The only draw back is the under hung leaf springs which can get hung up on rocks ect. As for the lockers I had Air lockers in the previous vehicle and although they were great after 3 years I started to get a few problems with diff oil being ejected from the compressor over the years which ate away at the seals which resulted in a failed compressor. No compressor = no lockers apart from that they are good. Other small issues can be air leaks along the hoses or on the connections, sometimes (rare) they can contribute to causing blockage to diff breathers & with the spray of diff oil from the air locker switch on the compressor can leave a bit of a mess in the engine bay. I would think all over Air lockers to have the same mechanism so they would have the same small issues. With the Toyota lockers so far they are great and even better than air lockers, why better? Well they don't need a compressor to use them and the dash lights let you know if they are engaged or not. However sometimes with the Factory lockers they wont engage instantly and may require a few meters to engage. There is also the E locker which doesnt require air to function. hope that helps
Cheers mate, I was tossing up on if to fit lockers or go for the standard ones. I think I will leave the standard ones alone for now. Y may have to look at a spring over to stop the leaves getting caught up... Actually I might look at that rather than the lift...
Hey Ronny, I've watched your videos for awhile now and have just recently subscribed. I've got a couple questions 1 how do I get to the spot where all the cruisers were parked by the dam, I take it its Harvey dam and 2 is it hard to get there as in track wise?
yeah mate via the website look in 0-250 tracks from perth there is a page on it in detail; www.4-wheeling-in-western-australia.com/ We were there not long ago and the dam was actually covering the entire lower track!
hey, with the jeep, everybody i know says that they are a terrible car and brake all the time. Has the jeep in your videos been running well or is it true that they are a bit faulty? cheers.
In Australia the jeep's don't get a lot of love and most people that say there are terrible would never have owned one and only heard stories from others who heard it from someone else. The best people to ask would be actual Jeep owners and don't listen to anyone else IMO. They will tell you from their experience rather than a story told by some one who heard it from someone else. I would sign up to a Jeep forum and do some searching. As far as the old boys Jeep goes it has had a few minor problems: ABS sensor is prone to mud blocking it rendering ABS and traction control useless until cleaned or unblocked, only happens with thick mud. The starter motor died along the holland track but two toyotas on the same trip had alternator issues one major on minor. The auto boxes need trans cooler upgrades as they regularly run hot in high range gear when under labour. That's about it touch wood...
Michael Baldwin If Jeep spent the same money as Toyota has done with research over the last 50yrs, they'd realise that their vehicle aren't even in the same state, let alone the ball park, in terms of build quality & service.
Scott RC no it has a 3.6 V6 Perkins I think, but he does have a secret weapon... Traction Control which is another reason why he's so quiet I think and why he doesn't spin as much as the Land Cruisers.
I think this is the best off-road channel on youtube.
There is no cheesy music over the off-road action, which i really appreciate.
thanks for the feedback.
agreed!
If there's one thing your channel has truly taught me, it's about the love for 4x4ing, not the emblem on the grille. Keep up the good work!
Amazing... that white Cruiser is always the last, so it can push the rest in case they get stuck... hahahah they are incredible. congratulations
I really love this kind of off-road adventure....and the Land Cruiser are great !
I love the sound of your V8 Diesel engines.
love the sound of these great beasts of the bush great vid guys
Great tracks and awesome content! V8 diesel sound is perfect! Thanks a lot!
Nice to see some good off-road videos from a different country, thanks!
by far the best offroad youtube channel ......austrailian govt should pay you for promoting its beauty it on my bucklist forsure ...... RONNY never stop mate NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful country, it reminds a lot like the Sierra Mountains.
best offroad channel for me... thanks.
love these videos. definitely the best on youtube. no crap music and actually showing the fun of off-roading. not just the obstacles you complete but real off-roading. no matter how capable the vehicle your going to get stuck. ( unless you're a mall crawler. hard to get stuck on bumper blocks) That JKU needs some work though. tires and a little more lift at least.
That jeep only makes the cruisers look even better haha, good video mate
Love jumping back in time :) Come a long way mate
That version of the Cruiser is awesome. Wish we had those in the States. The V8 sounds epic - best sounding diesel ever! That Jeep needs some tweaking and then it could keep up - 3-5 inches of lift and 35"s mud terrains would do wonders.
Top video mate, good filming also. can't wait to see more!
Awesome brother 😊 Always very inspirational.
Probably your best video (that I've seen) yet. I have seen most of yours. As a 76 series owner, I'd love to see one mixing with you guys just to see the difference in wheel base makes to obstructions.
love your stuff want more wish I could be there
Awesome vid Ronny, cheers for the day, see you at the next trip mate.
Brilliant footage, the only soundtrack is the engines roaring and the wheels struggling to grip. (Thanks for not ruining it with some lame music).
Well done.

As usual, great vids, love it.
Great vid mate! This vid sounds sick thru the surround sound :):)
thanks mate, V8 cruisers in surround sound, I might have to watch it on my TV for once ;)
Nice place. I've been there twice. In summer low tracks coming to surface, so it's possible to have few water crossings.
Really enjoyed it where i live at everything is slowly being turned into houses and they have outlawed most of the places i used to go as a kid so mabey its time to move somewhere else bad ass video
Keep up the great work mate
Cheers mate, glad you enjoyed it :)

Yet another awesome vid, 20 psi all round yes?
Thanks mate, yeah we varied from 18-24psi
Awesome video Ron I like the white ute do me a favour tell that jeep driver to lash out on some decent wheels & tyres he's holding you guys up
I also subscribed
cheers Cliff Ryan the Jeep now has 33 inch Mud tyres, I think in the latest 3 video trips the new boots are on...
I could swear that's southern Sweden.
+Ade Larsen First reaction I was thinking the same thing... maybe like Dalarna or Dalsland.... probably a bit warmer though.
Soylent Green Småland Sverige.
It's definitely not Denmark.
Friendly Man My uncle has a place on Bornholm. The isle of Potet.
Another great video mate. Production is getting real good too.
When are you guys going to hold another general meet up cruise day?
Thanks for the feedback, we will be but at this stage we don't have a date of when it will be. We also expect a few more than last time so we will need to plan for a bigger area. Stay tuned.
Ronny it could do with some more footage of your truck or an update on your build. Wish we could get them here in the uk :(
There will be an update coming in the near future within a month or two
Awesome. Love your truck mate
Hey well I honestly never post well not vary often just wanted to Say That's one Sick place for doin some serious runes ... Iam from southern Ontario Niagara area we have quite a bit of Good Places but I also thought the video was vary well put togeather
Thanks Bill Agler appreciate your feedback. We are lucky to have so many places for wheeling here in AUS.
Hey Ronny, love the vids mate. Keep em coming. Would you have rough co-ords for that big rock area you guys are on at the end of the vid or a rough location?

It's normal and yes it's the unloading from the drivetrain. The OL bar on it is the new barwork which can out late last year, 65mm tube throughout.
thanks for the reply! the bar looks great. also keep up the good work you have awesome videos!
bluebavarian94 thanks :)
Does the present day Land Cruiser still use a Birfield front axle?
Hi! Great video! Was wondering, does the Jeep have any modifications? Lift of lockers or anything? Thanks!
Jeep is on open diffs with a 2 inch lift. They are very capable 4WD's with limited mods if driven correct...
Ronny Dahl Wow, that is amazing! I was looking at it and thinking that it looked pretty stock equipped. I was impressed that it kept up pretty well with your magnificent Land Cruiser trucks.
Ronny, your Toyota is a manual right? Just wondering
4x4xfar! 👍
Very good vid!

I'm not familiar with the Korando Sports so I can really comment or even give you my opinion on that.
Ronny Dahl Thanks a lot of your comment
You would've spent hours cleaning the vehicles after that little adventure.
Great video just wondering what lift is the white 79 is running looks impressive
G'day Cruiser Ute I asked him direct and here are the details: 4" dobinson coils, with 1" spacer.. 2" efs medium lead with superior extended shackles with 5" amarda extreme shocks all round, with superflex arms sway bar still in. Oh and he says medium leaf pack.

does the guy with the white land cruiser have a RUclips channel
Yes, i don't know the channels name but I have heard ronny talking about it. The guys name is torbs, so you have a lead on that
lift the Jeep up big tyres and front and rear diff locks and you will be able to take the winch off of it. It will go anywhere

Nice to see your earlier work before you developed the narrative skills
Hey, America, lets get our shit together
Does the jeep have lockers?
open diffs Aaron Lednum

what is the difference between 4x4 in West than East Australia ?
+DonDomel the West is HUGE but very flat and has way more beaches to drive on. The East has mountains and even snow in winter.
+DonDomel also the West is hotter and more dry over the year
Is the jeep electric of something
Scott RC no it has a 3.6 V6 Perkins I think, but he does have a secret weapon... Traction Control which is another reason why he's so quiet I think and why he doesn't spin as much as the Land Cruisers.
Luke Campbell i didn't know jeeps had Perkins engines is it swapped?
Sorry its not a Perkins,it's a Penstar 3.6L V6
I dont like this video! I "love" it!!!
I want to film an off-road video in Harvey, Washington, U.S.A.
why Jeep get stuck so easily.
No Lift, stock tyres. !!
Florida usa boring in comparison
That Jeep is a load of shit.
