@@ToyTinkerTim Those were also the days when parents made kids go outside to play, so we would be out in the woods playing army rather than playing with toys indoors.
My Shogun Godzilla US 2nd edition with tail bumps, tail raised lip, and USA on bottom of feet, looking down at me from my Godzilla shelf. Got it from a garage sale in the 1980's, no box unfortunately. Had to replace the tongue lever with a Shogun Plastics repro. Someone had broken off the lever at the back of the head. I was able to get the entire kit installed. Otherwise it is in mint condition with working spring hand. Looking for a repro box if anyone has one for sale.
2:29 The exact big toys I had in the 80s...wow, seeing them together like I had them really hits hard in my heart. I wish I still had these. I always thought that this Godzilla was a toy based on the Hanna Barbera Godzilla cartoon series. Love these toys so much.

I just one bought one today. I can't wait to have it again. My brother got it for Christmas 🎄 in the late 1970s, I can't recall the year 😊
