Can you print the barrel and the flight all as one piece? Kinda suck if the flight breaks at that point though...

They look good, can understand them breaking so easily.
If you print them in a different orientation so the layers aren't going across the shoulder of the thread, it will make them stronger at the breakage point.
However, it will likely reduce the print quality depending on the orientation, increased print time and support material.
Would be interesting to play around with different shapes, guess Condorn, Target etc all started off this way before moulding them

I think the bull flight deck is 3D printed as well.
But they have like a carbon treat and little carbon stem in the stem. So maybe you can try something like that

Tpu filament is a flexible filament that can withstand impact, that material may be worth a look for dart flights 😊😊
