I have never heard of a Bilby. When I googled it, I was linked to the Bluey episode Bob Bilby. Which I suppose is similar to our flat Stanley except a bilby is a real animal. So cute!
My daughter and I had a rough day. We read a Bluey story about Bob Bilby and we talked about having a better day tomorrow. I remembered you posted this pattern and asked my daughter if she wanted her own bilby- of course she said yes. Thank you for this. I cannot wait to see what adventures my daughter takes her very own bilby on.
I had never heard of a bilby before this video. Now I want to make one for myself! I am working on a basket of crochet eggs for my mother, but a bilby for myself is next on the list!
I love your dragons! Do you think you could make a dragon like your mini fairy dragon but with dragon wings instead of fairy wings? That would be really cool!!
2nd! Chantale from Montreal, Canada! I'm still absolutely Loving yours videos....after all those years following you! Thank you for such Fantastic free patterns/tutorials!❤
I needed something quick and simple to put in my sisters' Easter baskets this year and had no idea what to do in such short time. We're not Australian so I might have to explain to them that they're bilbies, but this is an excellent change in pace from making bunnies, chicks, and lambs every year, so thank you for the solution to my problem!
Cryptids and/or mythological creatures would be nice! ^^ Have you heard of the cryptid creature known as the Buttercat? It's a cat monster that steals butter. And other dairy products. I think. No, really. It exists. I think.
Hi I wonder can you create a racoon maybe using this fellow it would be appreciated. I have already made a few of your patterns and love the great directions. My recent is the lemur he came out cute.
Something that could be fun would be a thylacine. It would be interesting to see in your super cute and unique style! If you read this far (if at all) You are the main reason i started to crochet and your patterns are so interesting, they were super helpful when i tried to start to make my own crochet patterns Thank you for the amazing videos
i love your videos 💕💕 I'm new to crocheting and I'm still figuring everything out but your videos have been so helpful and have really helped me 💕 i have had really bad social anxiety since covet and going out is hard so I listened to your video and made cute creatures at the parks and it has really been helpful to get me out again sorry this is long but I wanted to thank you and tell you how much I love your videos 🥰
OMG I'm totally making one ! Bilby is one of my absolute favourite animals I'm so hyped 🥰🤩 I absolutely love your videos and your patterns are always so adorable and well made it's an absolute joy to crochet them ☺️✨ Love from France
a little note: i think the woodpattern in the background makes it hard for youtube uploads to stay sharp with the movemet in front. it makes it really hard on the eyes to watch that place. maybe try putting something down on top the table thats blocke din in a single color? like a white or colored backround? that should make it easier for youtube to compress the video with the high quality not hurting
He's so cute!!! This is the first video I saw the change in membership names listed. I had no idea I've been in your Patreon for 3 years! I've enjoyed it so much and it's so worth it!
It's the first time I'm trying the new name structure! I'm so grateful for all my patrons, but the fact some of you have been with me for that long NEEDED to be celebrated :)
@@ComplicatedKnots I just thought it was so funny that you started making it without ever explaining what it was for those of us who have never heard of them!!!!!
@@ygmath - it's kind of easy to forget honestly, there's probably a dozen different critters that we aussies have never heard of that you take for granted where you live. But it's definitely worth looking into bilbies, they're adorable little nocturnal marsupials that help build burrows for other critters and it's a shame we've screwed them over by introducing cats and rabbits into their environment
It’s simple: complicated Knots posts, I watch.
I appreciate you!
Ya know what would be cool? Aussie cryptid series!
I second!
I'll get kicked off the island if I give away which critters are real and which are cryptids 😂
@@ComplicatedKnots oh no! Well we wouldn't want that!

Can you make a gyarados? ( gyarados, a water type pokemon based of of a chinese tale called "the dragons gate")

Happy Thursday!! Omg this is adorable!!! I’ve never heard of a bilby before, but they seem so cute 🥰
This Bilby is ADORABLE!! It’s cool to have Australian Easter animals joining the party!
Ooo might need to take a break from my dragon to crochet this lil guy! (He’s definitely more portable than that behemoth of a dragon wip)
It's very cute, once I get the urge to crochet back again definitely will be attempting this
i love the music you use with the sewing the appendages on. whenever i hear it in your videos i just wanna be productive and dance
This turned out so cute! I never realized their tails had such striking color contrasts though. The more you know!
I don't crochet but I've become a fan of the Easter Bilby!
i love this! bilbies are so fun! Their snouts, their ears. Their size. Just love them.

What's a bilby????
A native Australian animal thats sort of a rabbit, but definitely not a rabbit. It's the Australian official "Easter animal" instead of Easter Bunny.
