Teewing has a really good aftersales parts department, idk about yume. You could keep buying parts direct from them and keep your frame running for years
Today I did DoorDash on the scooter and was extremely disappointed with the range. I worked a total of about 3 hours with roughly 85-90% battery charge. The advertised range for this product is 75 miles but total only lasts 50 according to the dash. However I rode way less than 50 miles. I was on 2nd gear for the majority of my time worked. I feel like the faster you ride, the faster the battery dies.I was also constantly turning the scooter off and on again. I rode 3 cities over for my last order and otw back I could tell I wasn’t going to make it. It was practically dead when I was about 3 miles away from home and I would’ve been stranded if it wasn’t for my friend who came to pick me up. Please let me know of any adjustments I can make to prolong battery life if there are any. Thanks! 🙏🏽
@@HARDCORE_REVY Also man, I’m kind of concerned I may have burned out the battery. I’ve been charging it for nearly 6 hours and the thing won’t turn on. I have the charger plugged in and their is a blue and red light flashing with a hissing noise. There are two chaging ports on the scooter but I only have one plugged in right now because that’s what came in the box. Should I be concerned? I’ll give you an update later today.
@@Normydoit after 5 months of almost everyday use I get like 30 miles. It just shuts off at 57v. Looking for a better quality battery option or I might just wait til it fails and send it to asurion
I'm about to get the y10+ cause the seat. I want to be able to cruise around when not standing. How is this scooter so far?. Is it the y10?
@@garyschenck6271 you can just ratchet strap a storage box to the deck as a seat. It’s in my latest vid at 6:45 min
@@garyschenck6271 the frame is the same as the Yume Y10. It’s a good frame with fork suspension, no speed wobbles. This is the Teewing X5

@@touchbandz9465 How low was your voltage?Maybe take your charger with you. The shutoff is at 51v but the lowest I’ve ever run it is 53v
@@touchbandz9465 how was carrying the food and drinks btw?
@@HARDCORE_REVY carrying stuff wasn’t bad

@@touchbandz9465 I’ve never seen a blue light. Maybe check the manual
How far can you go on a full charge?

@@HARDCORE_REVY thought the cut of voltage would be at 50v or 51v...not to bad but yeah sounds like you need a new battery 🔋
@@NormydoitI think you might have to do something with the BMS. Maybe you can set the cutoff voltage lower
