Smelled this for the first time few weeks ago. AMAZING! Its UNIQUE in 2020 to have a mens cologne without the citrus, sugar, unisex vibe, & ambroxan! It's like a sharper muskier Le Male without the soft sensuality and sweet vanilla base.
This,Eternity and Fahrenheit started it all for me.I can't even recall how many bottles I have finished already.To this day despite having so many other frags already in my collection,this one will never be out of place.I will never ran out of this together with the other two though I may not reach for them as often as I used to abused them before. They are HOF in my book and has a spot in my heart that will be forever enshrined not matter how many more fragrances that may come my way. OG!
My grandfather bought it when it came out and has worn it ever since. He told me no one could figure out what he was wearing when they asked which cologne he was wearing because he smelled so good. Growing up I thought this is what he smelled like.
I own a bottle of GIT, and let me tell you.. cool water smells more creamier & smoother and like you mentioned.. it had a really nice opening. Great review of cool water bro! :)

I tell you one thing. I have GIT and bought Cool Water again, because I prefer it. It’s more marine, more masculine, and easier to wear. In addition, Cool Water smells very pleasant and more like a vibe and less like a parfum. It’s like you are not using parfum, but just smell good, that’s what makes this the most sold fragrance. It works and works, everyday, everywhere. The best man’s fragrance there has ever been.
The very first fragrance I ever purchased so it holds a very special place in my heart. Has been my go to casual fragrance for the sunny spring and summer days for a few years now. Even though it is a classic (came out one year before I was born) I don't think this smells outdated at all and, since it's so versatile and uncomplicated, I think most guys can easily pull this off in most scenarios, even those in their early twenties who want to smell a little bit more mature, fresh and manly, for a very good price.I highly recommend it!
it comes back to the rotation from time to time for many people just like you and me brother....its such an inoffensive yet beautiful scent...summer and spring casual days can pick up and spray couple of times can lift the mood up :) it holds a special place in my heart too :)

I haven't smelled this in a long time! Maybe I need to get me a bottle of this just for old times sake. I remember smelling this in the 90's alot. My Grandfather would wear it and Drakkar Noir, Preferred Stock, and the real manly colognes back then! I might buy those to just remember those times. Great video my friend!

Joy you have the reformulated version which smells like crap you need to get your nose on the original 1988 version the newer version doesnt do it justice you will fall in love with the original just the way i did in the 80s im 42 by the way the originals font in front is all cursive writing trust me as collector you need to get it right you are well respected in the frag community i watch your channel for great reviews i have a small bottle of the original and a 4.2 bottle brand new that they will bury me with . Coolwater is timeless I♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ it 😍

Joy, recheck if you were given a fake version of the perfume. There are quite a few videos available in youtube to identify the fakes.
On the Davidoff Cool Water that I bough the box has a Regular W it's not the fancy one that's on your box but the bottle has the fancy W this is bugging me do you think I got a fake bottle?

if it were guess even though 2 years to late lol ive owned nautica voyage and i do like that cologne so my guess is only based on thaat if you havent still found your answer again take that with a grain of salt lol i also just ordered my first bottle of cool water i should receive that next week some time....but with everyone saying its simular to green irish tweed people say it has more of a fresh green earthy scent kinda reminds them of ireland. nautica voyage is to my nose the way opposite of that. nautica voyage in fact smells like a day at the beach just has this nice aquatic smell and like a hint of a lotion and smells like salt water i know its hard to describe what salt water smells like but im sure you would get it if you smelled nautica. voyage so my guess would be no it would not be a redundant purchase. I hope that helps

***** yes its a clone of creed GIT .i dont know if it smells close or not because i have never tried GIT . I dont like spending 350 plus dollars on creed. But i have read reviews that armaf smells better than git but git lasts longer than armaf and is lot smoother

Marvin Leach give it a try . Don't think much. It's just 20-25$ bottle. If you didn't like it. You always have the option to put it back for sale on ebay . It's a high demand frag.
I have Cool Water, Tres Nuit and GIT. Tres Nuit smells incredibly close to GIT and I will not be buying GIT again when I run out in favor of Tres Nuit. Cool Water has been watered down from what it was 20-25 years ago and Tres Nuit smells greener, better blended, lasts longer (longevity is it's weakest point however), and is almost the same price.
As an aside, Armaf also has an EDP called "Just For You" that smells like a darker, more adult version of GIT and is my favorite of the four.

I always wanted to try this fragrance but it is risky to buy here in India or in any other unregulated market . this product is one of the most faked perfume . you can get this every where at insanely low price .
Well they did make a Parfume version. Too bad it’s nothing like the original. At all.
Cool Water makes me want to vomit, but Cool Water Deep was a really nice flanker.

This doesn't last at all within 1 hour it's gone in any weather. Its cheap and nice but performance is terrible.
@sf2explus Are you pissed? Sauvage only last 3 hours and that stuff is nuclear. For those of you who haven't smelled cool water it's very nice. Spray it on your hand but be sure to get your head down fast or else you will miss it ... Last about 5 seconds on me 👍

Hi Joy Amin :) We are selling perfume and I am sure that our supplier is legit. He get it directly from the perfume company but then again, I still want to double check. We have this site: checkcosmetic.net , it will allow us to enter the batch code and we will see the info and if nothing comes out then it is fake but some of our friends would tell that the batch codes are being copied as well. Can you describe the texture of the box? Is is plain print or is it embossed or something. The bottle and the box looks exactly the one you are holding including the white strip at the bottom of the bottle and the series of number at the bottom of the box. Hope you can help me :)
alright sister, thats a good question, there are plenty of fakes of this fragrance as its still very popular.and there are few box designs for this, as far as i know...the review from Marc (robes08) channel the bottom code color i think is different than mine, his one is in black. the box is plain, doesnt come with the plastic wrap, but im afraid your friends are right sometimes, because the counterfeit people are copying the batch codes, they even match box and bottle codes. only way to tell the difference in this case would be the smell, and the color of little spritzer inside is black on the silver sprayer..most of the fakes are white.i hope this helps.
