I loved the details you gave on assembling and your advice for using this weed wacker. I had run into some issues on installing the blade but you showed it quite clearly on your video. Very helpful, thanks Roger. I’m in a different country to you and the brand I have is different. But it’s almost identical, but mine came with difficult-to-read written instructions and no useful video. I wouldn’t have been able to assemble mine without watching your video, especially where some brute strength was required … I might have otherwise have thought I was doing something all wrong, instead of perservering, and using other tools to help me, eg where the nut got stuck on the thread, I couldn’t get it to budge without holding the nut still, with some pliers, while I turned the orange part on the wheel to tighten it.
I’ll check in again to see what other videos you have. Thanks again.

thanks roger . some good tips there especially with the blade swapping over . these are on ebay for £50 . would this cut turf to make edging rather than using spade with the circular blade? cheers

i have a similar type but green in color with a 24 v battery. You cannot work fast. It makes a small area at a time it dos not beat a weed eater i beleive and the price should be lower I paid mine 126$ and i have a weed eater paid 89$ if they want to sell more they sghould reduce their pricing. I cut very high false rhubarb with it one at a time sometimes the trunk is 1 inch and a half thick and the battery stops i must starts the motor again full speed before biting the trunk it makes a job done but so very slow

For light duty trimming it is ideal. But, for heavy use, I use a gas powered unit.
