I remember praying and saying God I feel so lost and I was going thru and I started back with church and prayer life and has definitely lifted me up and the sadness is turning into joy one day at a time. You are in my prayers. GOD got you!
Sending love and hugs, life can be tough sometimes, we all will have different struggles and emotions we will go through, but know you are not alone, and God will always be with you, this year didnt begin easy for me as well, i lost my niece and mom in January, so dealing with grief and other struggles, it is not easy, but i pray a lot, so keep the faith, seek whatever help you require, you are doing great in your life, you have a lovely home and dog😊, everything else will fall into place❤❤❤. Psalm 121 🙏🏾 I used to feel that way & learned it was part of the symptom of bii. Then I took the necessary steps, it has been the best thing for me since making that initial decision.

New subscriber here 😇 I love cleaning and decluttering motivation videos 💪 I've liked in this one that you've filmed well while emptying both the bathroom and kitchen trash as I always find this quick chore so satisfying to feel the house is fresh again and less cluttered (even if it fills back quick 😅) For the kitchen one, I've loved the struggle to make the old flowers fit and even wished you wouldn't edited when you took the second trash bag out too. I struggle so much to disard few things like magazines, clothes stores catalogues/flyers and mostly any old clothes that can't be donated, that I also always hope to see one of those things get tossed or already tossed when someone film this too 🤭Most of the times, I will put those in a clean bag or box that will stay forever in the garage instead of dumping things right away in the regular trash so I can't change my mind on anything. I hope you'll film while discarding some of those things if you have any one day. Even if it's just few items you find around while cleaning and not a dedicated declutter.

I love how you have a great attention to detail. Also how your house is always clean. Have you thought about having a business in interior design or event managment especially decoration. You have a very good aesthetic taste. You could take a short course on it and get certified. Just saying. I always love how your video and environment always looks clean.
When I moved in April one of my must haves was somewhere with absolutely no carpet. Before we moved the house we lived in had carpet in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Having 3 toddlers and carpet didn't go hand in a tall.
I can relate. Hope you embrace the feelings as they come. See what it is trying to teach you then let it go liaten to some uplifting music too

I use to try to see a therapist but didn’t have insurance and it’s like $100’s of dollars so they’re out there and ppl are now seeing more about mental health and speak on it more but they don’t care if you can afford it are not bc it’s expensive for sure. Maybe that’s why so many commit s* and can’t live with depression bc it’s no help for them when they’re homeless or don’t have the funds to get the help. I pray for everyone that deals with this. 🙏🏽

EDIT: 9:10 Kimberly, I used to rinse my shower the same way after cleaning it until I learnt that I can use my hand held shower head that can be taken down or you can buy a water hose that you can attach to the faucet when you're ready to use it.👍🏾😉
I forgot the proper name, but I used to attach them to the faucet when I used to wash my head/ hair in the sink way back When!🤭🥹

Watching your vlog. I was thinking, if you are going to put seating in your office, you may want to consider moving your desk chair behind the desk. I know you’re not going to be having business meetings in your home but it may give more an office feel. You would be able to see the entire room including the TV if you put one on the wall. Overall though your aesthetic is beautiful❤❤

This was well put. I went through these random mood swings and relied on my faith more than ever. Loosing a close friend of mines took me to a very dark place and forced me to ask myself the hard questions about what I want out of life and who I choose to share that life with.

Taking care of your mental health is important. You made the right choice reaching out for help. Also use this time to draw closer to GOD in prayer because no one knows you better than GOD your Creator (Psalm 100:3). Not to mention that HE is all knowing, all seeing, almighty and all powerful. Let HIM align you with scripture that applies to how you are feeling so you can begin to see things from GOD"s perspective (Proverbs 3:5-6). Cast your cares upon HIM, because HE cares for you (1 Peter 5:7) . People can help but only GOD can heal ( Psalm 147:3, Psalm 30:2). GOD gave us human emotions but we are also dealing with spiritual warfare (Ephesians 6:12). The devil is always trying to get into our head. And we know he is a liar and he is always looking for someone he can devour (1Peter 5:8). And if GODS brings something to your attention that you need to confess, confess it and let GOD renew your mind (1John 3:20, Romans 12:2). With LOVE ❤❤❤
