I understand you would say Penrith has better players but Storm is best team this year with a minor premiership. Also Storm kicked ass Penrith twice this year in the regular season so this just doesn't happen out of the blue.
Last year they came from behind in a final when the opponent knows what's at the stake and they lost that big margin in 15min you must be living on drugs if you believe no favouritism going on here.
Definite try. So obvious you have to question the honesty of the system.
Try.
Looked like a try until you saw the close up replay after play had resumed,
Can only assumed they saw all of those angles
It was ALWAYS going to be a 'no try'.....ref and bunker allowed Penrith to be offside....and rule no try
Penrith were the better team on the night, but the Storm's non try was a try.
Yeah but having a try taken away is a huge momentum and mood killer.
It's upsetting for the players and it showed when they became frustrated in their gameplay after it.
@@Waywind420not really they got frustrated cause one of the few times they got close they got held up then weren’t even looking likely to score since the first try
Biggest game of the year and It's all about referees... so sick of this crap.
I'm not a fan of Mel at all but fair dinkum...

If the ball is grounded, than maybe we watched two difderent games, coz from the game I watched, the ball never hits the ground
Must have been watching through pink coloured glasses.
@@lynw.6140 indeed, I watched the purple brick got violated
It didn’t touch the ground are you guys nuts
Yeah I know haha wtf are they on about
did you just come out of the mental institution petrol sniffer. 110% hit the ground.
@@DanielMcCarthy-f1d On youtube you can use , and . to go frame by frame. Go to 12:35 and go forwards or 12:36 and go backwards. The back of the ball is on the ground.
Not sure I like the interview with Fish. I felt like the questions were digging for tears .
Leave his Grandfather out of it.
Not one mention of storm kickers being hit to the ground after kicking, one rule for them and another for everyone else.....
Fish mind set is what the warriors need to feed off ..well done Fish best of luck at the warriors mate
How about the controversy that storm refused to offload the ball and only scored 6 points in 80 mins. What a game plan lol
In a Rugby League players poll an overwhelming 49% of players voted for the Storm as the dirtiest team in the competition.
12:10 for the part of the video people care about
24 is our year
It wasnt a try new footage of a better view shows he had his own hand under the ball stop crying and take it like a *$@**😂😂😂😂
Glad Penrith won. The romance of 4 in a row and 5 consecutive GFs is magical. I dare say, Penerith will be competitive _again_ in 2025. I sure hope they are and I would love to see them 5 GFs in a row. The recruitment and junior development system that Penrith has put in place is why the romance of 5 in a row is happening. Phil Gould had a hand in creating that junior development system & he should be congratulated for it...but not too much 😉.
Bunker and Referee failed the storm. Referee 18th Man and Bunker 19th Panthers
Storm had no chance...Klein and the bunker did a job on Storm
Not to mention the tribunal early in the week. 😮
Video ref Grant Atkins penriths number 1 supporter
@@josephw8193even if u guys got the try what energy did u guys have because storms defended 50-60% of the 2nd half and hughes and munster werent preforming togther like how they normally do
Yup.
@@zionsaleupolu9536 momentum in a game like that is huge, dont get me wrong Panthers were awesome, defensively great all night, but that try could’ve changed the course of the game for the Storm
Last 3 teams that played penrith in GF have all failed in the following year..... Should be interesting
Cam should have suited up one last time.
See to’os boy giving Lockyer some chockys
I said after round 2
Penrith will win it again
They are just better
Full stop
Phil Gould and Paul Gallen are the most negative commentators. They are so biased on the the teams they are involved in, sharks, dogs and Penrith. Great grand final, the 2 best sides played a great game a true showcase of Australian rugby league
Gallen not thinking it hit the ground is hilarious. It hit the ground as much as Fifita's hit the ground in his GF win.
Paul can’t even open his eyes 😂
Made no difference, they still would have lost
Not really how it works.
A score of 12 vs 14 for 30 minutes is a lot of pressure to deal with for the panthers guys, and it would also mean the Storm could continue playing their game plan rather than trying to force things to happen when there's nothing on.
Needing multiple scores in a small amount of time changes the game, forces you to take risks and throw the dice more.
As the ref said it was a no try it hit the ground lol, were they on a timecrunch or something
It’s controversial but even if Melbourne got that we still would’ve won
