Good information. I enjoy your videos very much. I was wondering if you could please make a video about country living not too far of Nashville. I would love to buy a small farm but I do not know the pros and the cons. For example: Do they have good internet services, natural gas and sewer system in Nashville rural areas? Thank you kindly.

Thank you Sandra that’s a great set of questions!
But in order to answer the questions I have to ask a lot more questions😆 Like when you say or what do you mean? How many minutes drive to downtown Nashville how many minutes drive to the shopping and groceries? Is the local dollar stores good for your weekly shopping or do you need Target etc?
How many acres are you talking about/desiring and what is your budget?? All of these things make a huge difference is the weather I can begin to answer other questions like Internet service( probably) natural gas( probably not) sewer( if truly rural probably a septic tank-- and you will have to do perk tests first…. Just to name a few!
If you’d like to call and discuss it I’m more than happy to do so!

Is there rentals in these areas need a safe place for me and my teen-ager. Like I said I have been offered a position in Centennial medical or Hendersonville medical. Really would like to live in Hendersonville but if not want safe place in Nashville

Stick to Hendersonville. Downtown Nashville and Centennial area is insanely crowded and overpriced. You will be sitting in traffic for hours.
