I like this channe a lot, but you have solve some isues about the sound editing. Most of the times music gets in before Jesse finishes talking and a couple of words get lost. Also in the minute 23:38 the final courtin gets in with to many noise. Cheers
Hello and thanks for being out in it! I will be moving there summer 2023 and I would be working in either Hendersonville, Hermitages, Mt Juliet or Franklin because that is where the facilities are- would love to live in a tree filled suburb with easy access to trails and water, and within 30 minutes of Nashville , dancing and live music so I’m open to suggestions:)
Try to move to river Glen neighborhood. Very quiet and there's tons of wildlife. I call it the country in the middle of the city. But it's amazing back here. We're like 3 mins from opry mills mall. Everyone loves it here.
overall a great video - would definitely have benefitted from having a map shown on screen when you intro'd each area! also put timestamps for each neighborhood in the description. bonus points if you put the name of the neighborhood on screen during that segment
Since moving here from Chicago I was shocked that such an up and coming Metropolitan area has such terrible public transportation leading to such terrible traffic. It would be nice to include the best neighborhoods in the greater metro area. Since you May get priced out of the ones shown. And you may be looking to rent rather than buy. And knowing ahead of time the "how Walkable" a neighborhood is is helpful. Is there bus service? These are things we want to know too.
The reason traffic is so bad is the amount of people from IL, CA and NY fleeing their liberal states. Nashville does not care about infrastructure, only about shoving as many newcomers in a single spot as possible with no plans to improve roads
Center your camera on your selfie stick next time. Hold it in a normal place and adjust it so you're centered more often. But your production value is amazing. I don't know if you meant to not center yourself bc it's looking like you might have. But I'd prefer it lol. But like I said your production value is amazing. Whoever adding these filters and editing your camera work is doing a spectacular job. Very crisp clean look.
What safer neighborhoods can I afford if I’m making a little above $100k a year? I’d prefer south or east Nashville as my son lives in south nashville. Thank you!

LOVE living in Germantown. 100% my favorite neighborhood in Nashville. 12 South a close second, Hillsboro, Sobro, Gulch not far after
Nice!
Great video - new subscriber - love the idea of walkable neighborhoods in Nasville

Thanks for this informative piece... I don't see 'Oak Hill' featured, unless I've overlooked it. 🤔

All of the highlighted neighborhoods were so close together and not really nice.
You’re cute 🥰

Your video sucks. 1 min 27 sec and nothing about a neighborhood
