Just applied for a job in Nashville. My wife and I are in our early 30's with a 4 month old baby girl. What areas would you suggest to look at for a lower middle class family? We would likely rent the first year as we would be moving from out of state. Wife works from home and I would be commuting into nashville.

I’ve been in Nashville for over a year and barely know any neighborhoods outside of downtown so I really appreciate your videos! However, the fast camera intro makes me dizzy. Almost all of the neighborhood footage, in the nations video, made me dizzy too. This one had a few more slow shots that my equilibrium appreciated. It could just be me but I wanted to say something just in case I’m not the only person struggling with motion sickness.

Born and raised in Nashville traffic and tourism is the worst for me Nashville in 2024 is more like Las Vegas there are parties here 7 days a week!

Nastyville, the gilded shtty. A low lying flood plain in a perpetual tornado zone. Landlocked with high humidity in the summer. High crime. High cost of living. Drunks on scooters. Horrible traffic. Gentrified to bring in the tourism dollars and wht liberals while pushing out the locals and minorites. That BLM tshirt aint gonna save you from the crime or the hypocrisy that you're living.
