I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
1. Very few locals go to downtown unless forced to. It is now just for tourists and government workers. 2. The travel estimates are wrong by half, at least. On most days, it takes an hour to get from the north side of Murfreesboro to the Bell Road exit on I-24. That is the second exit in Davidson county, and is hell and gone from downtown.
It doesn’t SAY California anywhere - there is stock footage of Brentwood California in the video. Having lived in Brentwood for several years and having visited Brentwood CA - I know the diff- something that can’t be said o the video creator

I regret to inform you that Tennessee is full. We are already above maximum safe occupancy, and are no longer accepting applications. Might I suggest Alabama?

Thank you for directing wealthy Californians AWAY from the lovely neighborhoods closer in to Nashville like mine. Nope. Not telling you what the actual best neighborhood is. 😂 Y'all can have Brentwood and Franklin! And Thompson's Station. Definitely settle in Thompson's Station. It's "30 minutes" from Nashville. If you're a crow.
This Lady knows nothing about Nashville. She's from Ohio banking on Nashvilles boom. Her drive times are off. Her footage is wrong. The only thing correct about this video is Williamson County being ONE of the best school districts. Wilson County (Mt. Juliet) is better. 2 of these areas I avoid at all cost. Nah I Can't say I can relate, VICTORIA CARMEN SANTAELLA charge is one-off and pretty reasonable when compared to what I benefit in returns.

Why do you have footage of Brentwood CALIFORNIA in your discussion of Brentwood Tennessee?

As a Canadian. I wish it was easy enough to relocate to the Nashville area.
Lisa Brokop did it!
As a Nashvillian, please don't. But as a human being, it's pretty great here and you would love it, so make it happen!

These commute times are waaaay off, maybe in 1992, lol
More boutique offerings.

I am coming to Nashville in July. I am staying in East Nashville very close tob5 points pizza. Is it a decent area?
What part of East Nashville?

Hendersonville does not have the historic downtown area as shown in the video. this person obviously has no knowledge of the area.
I spend about 3 hours in traffic most days but I wouldn't live anywhere else.
So fun that in Brentwood you showed the Brentwood Baptist Church complex. We like to call that “Six Flags over Jesus”
TN is full. Sorry, but there's just not a bit of room left. I hear Kentucky is lovely though.
New York is getting way to crazy!! Thinking about the Dallas-frisco area or. Nashville, very informative video

I’m looking at that area - hope there of office jobs nearby. I heard Madison is nice too.
That's where I will move or Belle Meade...but I plan to have a boat on Old Hickory so still thinking about it.

Brentwood is great, but expensive as heck.
Getting way too much people traffic they should of leave it alone like years back

Anyone who thinks that Murfreesboro is a suburb of Nashville knows nothing about Murfreesboro, and probably not a lot about Nashville either.

All of Nashville is suburb hell. They are trying to turn this place to LA South.
How so? Having come from LA I’m seeing a refreshing difference from LA. A huge difference.
