Why would anybody go to Nashville? It’s the most overvalued property in the United States. Why don’t you tell that to your customers so they know what they’re getting into?

My wife and I recently took a trip to Nashville in July of this year, to look to see if it was a place. We wanted to move out of California. Unfortunately, the areas we looked at were Brentwood in Franklin, and frankly, we felt like we were still in California. The people are no different That southern charm - definitely does not live in those areas. We have decided to look to a different state.

I like your videos, I checked many of the areas you talked about and you're right on,,but I noticed that the city needs to add some sidewalks and improve some others,,, sometimes it's ridiculous in a nice city like Nashville....!!!

1. Very few locals go to downtown unless forced to. It is now just for tourists and government workers. 2. The travel estimates are wrong by half, at least. On most days, it takes an hour to get from the north side of Murfreesboro to the Bell Road exit on I-24. That is the second exit in Davidson county, and is hell and gone from downtown.

Anyone who thinks that Murfreesboro is a suburb of Nashville knows nothing about Murfreesboro, and probably not a lot about Nashville either.

We sacrificed having loans for our wedding, wedding anniversary, giant dumb diamond ring, brand new car, brand new house. We don't have debt, we don't have loans. We leave a humble life where our kids are the priority. Not dumb materialistic bull crap that western culture has normalized. Family first , time first, meta physical first. Money comes last in our life. Not that we aren't financially broke or ignorant. We prefer to have freedom over debt.
