We were the first riders on the American Eagle when it was first built. LONGGGG time ago.
1981. We were there too. Waited 5 hours to ride it. Our pictures were in the Sun Times. Great memories
I'm going there again for my birthday.. Just had to relive the exciting feeling till August :,)

I'm going tommorow for the weekend before school starts on monday. I'll be staying at a hotel to get on all rides. I'm not that excited but hopefully I don't pass out
I love upside down coasters but if any coaster has a drop, I wouldn’t go on it but yesterday, I finally went on Goliath. Worth the two hour wait and I hope to go on raging bull soon! Goliath is my favorite ride at great America now.

2 years late but my favorite ride there is Goliath but my other favorite one is raging bull because it is a classic and it is so long and it has the best drop in the park

I went there yesterday. Went on the viper and demon and only 10 years old! The viper was kinda scary cause my seatbelt came off. My aunt fixed it tho. The demon was fun and overrall everything was good :)
no idea how demon was fun for u lmao its known for being one of the worst rides cause how jerky it is
I just went for the 4th time and the Max force ride is very fast. I’ve only been there 4 times and I’ve only done barely half the rides there

Fun fact you probably already knew but I just learned. I, since childhood thought that Goliath was the tallest. But actually it isn’t. Raging bull is at 54”. Goliath is only 48”. If you can survive Max force and Raging bull I 100% recommend Goliath.
These videos don’t rly do the rides justice or show just how fast they are. Maxx force reaches speeds up to 78mph I believe. So, have fun everyone I promise you lol the rides are fun. My favorite is Yankee Clipper. Get on it while you can I don’t know how much longer it will stay open.
wait is yankee clipper the same thing as vertical velocity? because i always see both signs but idk if yankee is something different

@@andresdeltoro4675 yesss if you do go 100% try Yankee clipper. It closes a little before dark so get on it closer to the end of your visit. Don't wear a white shirt or jeans 😂 have fun!!!

Batman is DEF not 5th below X Flight. Batman is Top 3 minimum. That ride still SLAPS after almost 30 years! Positive Gs enough to make blood shoot out of the ends of your toes. Crazy!
@@krypticcoasters3772 I mean, I understand. But there’s DEF a reason they chose to clone THIS one. This is the example of a clone that is of the highest quality. Obviously, some run better than others, but the OG hits hard!

the first 3 you showed do not even belong on top 10. this list is awful
Anyone else concerned with the fact that the ride on most of SFGAM coasters is not even 9 min?🤨. And this list doesn’t even include, Whizzer, which is a shame. That’s the bad thing about them being land-locked, though. Should’ve also taken out Demon and made x-flight larger. Take out the flume and V2 and place a large water coaster. And RMC or remove American Eagle. Just my thoughts tho…
