    This video shows you how to install a new tie rod adjusting sleeve on your 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The tie rod adjusting sleeve connects the inner and outer tie rods, and can twist to shorten or extend the reach of the assembly in order to adjust the steering toe.
