Sorry it's a bit late this week. I was fortunate to have a couple of awesome grandsons with which to spend my time. They proved to be way more fun than sitting at the computer editing videos!
Where did you purchase the support bar, and what is it called? My wife has neuropathy and has a hard time getting up and down when seated low. I considered creating something custom to help, but it looks like you have what I had in mind installed. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
It is called a casting bar and is available directly from Nucanoe. They are not a universal fit. Even across the Nucanoe kayak models, you have to get the one specifically for your model. The one shown in this video is the Nucanoe Frontier. This one is extremely sturdy. I use it extensively for fly fishing and can easily put my full weight on it getting up and down.
Had me worried I wouldn't get my Tuesday dose of PFO! 😅 Scenic outing!

Wow, just beautiful!
That place is pretty amazing in the morning light.
What an amazing view. I haven't taken my Kayak out in a while. I miss it.
It really is a beautiful place. We love kayaking, and that's one of our favorite spots.

@@thePFOchannel Thank you so much!
Glad to help! Thanks for participating on the PFO channel!
How do you transport the kayak when you're hauling your trailer?
We don't, unfortunately. It's too heavy for us to put on top of the pickup cap and too long to stand it up against the back of the travel trailer.
@@thePFOchannel that's kind of what I thought. I have the same issue.
