Yes I believe they’re the same. HOPA also has BCOP review lectures.

Hello. Thank you for amazing video. What about HOPA certification course? Do you recommend it?
I have no experience with HOPA certification course. But HOPA is reputable and accredited by BPS to provide BCOP credits in the form of Continuing Education. The way I see it, if BPS thinks they’re good to go then that’s all I need to know lol. Hope that helps.
