Tony if you didn't like it at all, then please don't watch it again. 😂😂 I thought Inside Out would be a Tony movie, but I guess not (haven't seen it myself).
The General's Daughter was a surprise for me. I really enjoyed it, gave it 4 slipcovers out of 5. Ronin also a very good movie and also gave that a 4 slippy rating. American Gigolo is a fantastic movie. I gave it 4.5 slippies. 1 star? 1 star??? Tone Zone, Idk, this makes me doubt your taste in movies.
I recently watched Eden Lake and agree it’s tough one to watch. Field of Dreams is a classic and Ronin is one of my favorites ever since seeing it in the theater! You watched a lot of great ones for the month!
I always enjoy these monthly screening wrap ups, even if you didn’t get to any of my recommendations from last month. 😢 I’d still like to see more pre-50’s titles in the list, but your variety of subject matter is admirable and always interesting to hear about. Keep the videos coming, Tony! -Glen
I appreciate you watching. As you can imagine, my watch pile is so tall. 😂 Please keep the recommendations coming though. Feel free to reply back and give me a list. I will try my best to get to them in July/August.
@@BasementBlus Thanks, Tony! I understand about Watch Piles, believe me. I like to recommend movies that aren't so well known or generally heralded in the same old circles. So my first recommendation is for the western HOUR OF THE GUN, a 1967 take on Wyatt Earp that was years ahead of its time. I also recommend THE ROARING TWENTIES on 4K from Criterion, a really terrific film with James Cagney, my favorite actor of all time. Finally, if you can get the Imprint Blu of ISLANDS IN THE STREAM, which is a beautiful story of a divided family trying to come together one last time before WWII. It's based on an Ernest Hemingway novel. So those are my three recommendations this time, but believe me, I won't be insulted if you don't get to them. Just keep watching and making more of your entertaining, engaging videos!
the green inferno is one of the 1000 remakes of movies that just is not good. Terrible bad movie with brutal bad fart jokes... Eden Lake is great. Irish movie I think? Hustlers I never got around to see All good things I dont remember how was but I did see it... Proposition was great. Australian banger! Only God forgives I did not like Out of the furnace I did not like unfaithful I really like haha. Its one of does films that is not good but I love it because it kind of hurt me when I watch it... Bad Boys is great Bad Boys 2 is good Bad Boys 3 brutal bad Bad boys 4 ok minus American giggolo I have seen but dont remember the brave one is ok the hunt I liked up till the ending. And I do like Swank. But it turns into a matrix fight in the ending so it felt weird. I know you loved the ending. Ronin is great Dog day afternoon is good. Very interesting story. I think it is based on a true story Triple 9 I never finished so I have it in the rotten pile. Far and away is so good and no one talk about it... Kidman is super good in it. LaLa Land you can keep. I dont like it :D

Well, there is two of us then. 😂

Thanks for watching Corey!
I wish we had more movies that loved other movies the way Rango loves Westerns!
Tes! I really enjoyed the Rango character.

Oh yes, now I remember. I have two out of the three, so this is doable. I will see about ordering the Twilight Time release for Hour Of The Gun.
have you seen this movie A Matter of Life and Death (1946)

JULY MOVIE 2024 :
