Hypnotic poetry in motion! Amazing!! Also, your shoes look like they are comfortable and easy to move around in- what brand are they? Thanks for sharing Esko -i am now a new fan😎
Thank you Scarlet! Those shoes are the Nike Air Zoom Vapor X, they are used by Roger Federer, Nick Krygios, and other Tennis professionals.
The One Infinite thanks so much for the shoe info esko😎
This guys straight dancing on the court beeeast! Beautiful
haha it's all about rhythm! let's go champ!
Love the different camera angles, perfect practical and real uses of body movement during game play!
Thanks! and yeah very practical indeed
I've done these while holding my paddle for a little more context. I've also reached down before changing direction and tap my paddle to simulate one of those desperation shots. Love the toe taps and variety.
That's awesome! I like how you added the paddle aspect to add a more realistic Pickleball feel to the exercises. Very creative!
There are some sparkling moments when suddenly, everything makes sense, like turning on the light of a dark room and suddenly you see everything clearly. Watching this video is one those moments. I am 53, avid Pickelball player. Playing also tennis, badminton and squash, I've experienced for a long time that working on your footwork is a simple but very efficient way to improve your game... Knowing that as part of my almost daily routine I do 5/10min rope skipping and John Cincola clock work footwork. It's good but it felt something was missing because I am not always light on my feet when I play and the split step is not yet ingrained in my head... That's till I discovered your video... I only did twice, but it already makes true sense, like natural series of moments incorporated into drills, they seem to work their magic incrementally, my feet are becoming lighter, more responsive... It's also like a dance that you learn, you get to do the moves without thinking about it and you get the work-out and physical input but because it's fun, you don't feel its constraining.... I am only at the start...maybe I report my progress in a month or 2!!! But already i Love it because it makes so much sense.. Thank you. Rod from down under!
This is amazing to hear! Wow thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m happy to hear that your improving your footwork skills to the extent that you are now lighter, on your toes, and almost dancing! That’s the fun part! I look forward to your progress! 👍🏻
Ah thank you! I definitely let you know!!... I am preparing for the Australian championship 50+ at the en of the month, in singles, men doubles, mixed and Co-ed, I absolutely need to be light on me feet!! I am looking forward to the day where I can split step without even having. to think about it... Anyway thanks again for your very mind opening drills!! Keep in touch.. R
The day the split step becomes second nature for you is not far off! Wishing you the best for your upcoming tournament!
hello! you may be happy to know that i got bronze in the Australian Championship in 50+ age category, 4.0+ level... and that's greatly part on the hard work from your footwork drills.. so thank you again!! Also at the event I got a new paddle, spontaneous buy, 6.0 Double Diamond Black 14mm and I think that helped as well!! Cheerio!! Rod

So many benefits 😁👍🏻
A lot of football and basketball footwork drills
Really? that's cool! I never played those sports, this is just what I learned from Martial Arts, Track and Field,
Tennis, and just practicing a lot of footwork on the Pickleball courts.
Great footwork drills. Could you do this same video in slo mo for seniors so they can learn each one?
Thank you! Yes! I will add a new Footwork video with Slow Mo(breaking down the movements, when and how to use them in live game play)to my list of new videos I need to make for sure!
@@theoneinfinite I love this vid! Such a graceful mover/dancer you are Esko! Great accompanying music too. Thank you! Teach us some of those great moves using slow mo.soon. Best of the Season to you! :)
You can also watch this current video in slow motion by adjusting the video speed settings by clicking the gear ⚙️ symbol then selecting playback speed! Or just watch my new footwork video 👇

Who knew all those dance steps I learned could be of use in the next sport I tried!!!
It's all about that rhythm!
You need to play against some top tier players. Guessing they would learn something and you would too. Such a calming way you have of communicating. Guessing your resting heart rate is around 40.
Pretty sure the pros have nothing to learn from me haha
Great video
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 👍🏻 much more to come!
Can you please post a list of the drills. You rock!!!
Thanks! are you asking for a list of the drills in this video to be written in the description?
@@theoneinfinite Yes, I think it would be helpful to you followers to have a list. But perhaps these are your intuitive creations and they bear no name or description. It could help to have a name to identify the drills, so one could go down the list. I loved your Tweener video. Very through and instructive. You are an inspiration!
Totally agree !!!!!!!
Awesome
Shorten the movements, lower the height, and try your best! Stretching and strength training exercises can help you with these movements as well 👍🏻
Is there an actual list of these drills? I'd like to bring it to the court as part of my warm up.
There is not unfortunately. I will have to make a
"How to warm up on the pickleball courts" video!
Thanks for the idea 🙂👍
i used this song! Lol!!!!!!! I got this song hahaha Bad ass! 3 view!
Super cool song huh? did you see when it was posted?
The One Infinite i got the notification for it about 13 mins ago!
my teacher assigned us to watch this video
Wow that’s awesome! Was it a P.E. teacher?
The One Infinite yes 8th grade
Super cool 😎 hope you learned something 👍🏻
