My prediction is that if CC gets airtime and oxygen, by spring he will completly eclipse Cheeto Benito, because 1) he is not afraid of DJT and 2) he has a big-picture plan. This is a valuable interview. As a Dem, I would feel relieved to have CC as the candidate, because, even knowing running against him will be a heavier lift than against Don, if the outcome is Christie wins, at least he agrees to the normal ground rules of our democracy.

What I like about Christie is he gives you a straight answer that is well thought out and can be backed up. The other thing I like about him is if he hasn’t made up his mind about a issue he will tell you. Now how many politicians do you know do these things consistently? Certainly not Trump. Pence, DeSantais. Not even Biden. The way Biden makes Zelensky beg for everything makes me sick. I swore I would never vote republican as long as Trump is around, but I have to admit Christie has my interest!. Time will tell!!
