I can relate to so much of what you’re saying. My husband died a few months before the first lockdown (also of cancer.) It’s so hard dealing with everything going on plus grief. Hugs from Hampshire. Seeing you now, I remember the rawness of losing my Mum, 28 years ago. I still can’t believe it ever happened and I keep thinking that although I only had my Mum for 17 years, she has never left me. I don’t think the bond between mother and daughter can ever be broken, regardless of death. Sounds strange and a bit fluffy but I hope you’ll feel the same in time. Your doing all the right things, grief comes in waves and the exercise will help get the anger out of you. Take care. X 💐
