I grew up with an aga! It’s gas I think. You can definitely turn ours down which my mum did in the summer, she now has a separate oven so can turn aga off completely for the summer. They’re great but it’s so different isn’t it!
Yes please to all those ideas. I find it so hard working full time and keeping track and juggling everything. So anything would help! Christmas ideas would be great, podcasts, books, etc. oh and congratulations on the new job xx xx
I’ve gone back to work full time. I have a 9 year old and a 5 year old. I’ve worked part time for the best part of 9 years, it’s a juggle to get back to a decent routine but so far so good!

@@Kateplus_x exactly the same as your little one. Was counting the hours until school started. All was well until Friday morning. Crying and begging not to go 🙈 but came out at the end of the day full of chat and haply. Big adjustment for them, but seems to be the norm for many x
I have a 5yr old and 9 year old, and recently started working a 30 hr week and nursing degree apprenticeship. Any batch cooking, slow cooker recipes and organisation skills very welcomed here 😊

I’m really enjoying Kilee Rainbow at the moment. She’s an American mum of two, works full time and posts lots of routine videos and working mum tips. Exactly the kind of thing I need right now!xx
I reckon it’s all about compromise, and getting things done ‘good enough.’ Even videos. Just pop the camera on when cooking dinner or unboxing groceries. That always offers inspiration and ideas to others.
