      But your statement is showijg that you also ignore the constitition. Article 3, section 3, clause 1.
      Treason isnt breaking your oath. Its levying war against the united states. It can ONLY be charged during a time when the US is in a state of war declared by congress. We havent been in a state of war at any time in her life. The charge requires that the person be an active combatant against the US during a time of war... and requires two eye witnesses to any singular instance of the person doing so... or open admission to doing so in a court of law while under oath. Admitting to it on public news doesnt even qualify, if nobody witnessed it and the accused didnt make the admission in court.
      Treason is constitutionally defined. Her ignoring the constitution doesnt justify us ignoring a different part of it.

      recently they disbarred a judge who was also acting as both prosecutor and judge in the same trial, so she was overriding/overruling any objections the defendant attorney was doing to her prosecution... so there is HOPE.. but this is New York, a criminal organization of electives.. so it needs to blow up and HOPEFULLY not become a political divide and democratics support this corrupt behavior.

      @@donnywilliamson5807 Most are appointed. But how they are placed is irrelevant. Any judge that brings discredit to the bench can be removed from the bench and/or disbarred from practicing law. Unfortunately, in most states it is the state Supreme Court responsible for doing so, and many of them are themselves in contempt of the Constitution.

      Judges don't have qualified immunity. Judges have judicial immunity, which is a type of absolute immunity. The defendant has no recourse to sue the judge. He can appeal it to a higher court, but that is not guaranteed, not quick, and not inexpensive.

      Last I knew the issuance of CCW permits have been up to county sheriffs for a while. Unless that changed with one of the new gun laws NY seems to be passing with the turn of every session. So you might want want to bark up that tree some.

      @@techguydilan In some cases the sherif would handle, but due to volume, local PD will handle depending on your residence. Called for an update last week…”several other applications are ahead of you still”. 🙄

That's betraying the supreme law of the land and attempting to break down the fundamental building blocks of our country. And she's not the only one.       Shes absolutely in the wrong for ignoring the constitution. And should be disbarred.
      But youre also ignoring the constitution (article 3) when you say shes comitting treason. Treason is very explicitly and very narrowly defined. What she did isnt treason by any definition.
      Treason is levying WAR against the US. It can only be charged by congress (not the fbi, not state police), and can only pertain to combat actions taken against the US during a time of congressionally declared war (or material aid being provoded to active combatants during the same period).
      We have not been at was since ww2. She was born after ww2. It is not POSSIBLE for her to have comitted treason.

The second amendment is THE REASON America has never been invaded in open ground warfare, therefore disarming us in direct violation of that amendment is literally opening the door to invasion.
      She is a JUDGE, not a random citizen. She took an OATH and she is openly BREAKING that oath. She is an arbiter of the law and the constitution and its amendments are the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. She and every anti-gun activist like her are INVITING the world to invade us. I don't know what the hell YOU call that but but when an elected official literally tries to hand our enemies the keys to the kingdom like that I call it TREASON.

      The reason it was allowed to continue is that making your own weapons IS LEGAL under the Constitution AND Federal statute (Act of Congress, GCA 1968) law.

      But there is a very large difference in a law that went thru atleast some form of official means and was annouced as a law, and a judge straight up telling a defendant that his rights don't exist. Imagine walkin in a court room the Judge asks for ur plea, but cuts u off and says "don't u speak in here, the 1st admendment doesn't exist in ny courtroom."
