please youtube, remove the ability to hit a thumbs down its stupid either hit thumbs up or move on like sound cloud. This is a great show his shows are always so chill, i like Metal RnB and Classical and its almost a mix of every genre. Great upload
Felipe Santos thank you man, i just don't feel anyone has the need or right to say "i don't like the music that you write and perform," because as a musician, i know how much work and emotion and time goes into it. Not to mention Dallas Green & City and Colour have great music. Been listening to Dallas since the Alexisonfire days
Xander J. u're welcome, i understand you, I also study music. I went to his concert for the first time last week in São Paulo, and I just can't find a single word to exprees myself, I mean, just saying that it was the best live performance i've ever seen it seems not enough, anyway.... I'm so much greatfull to taken the opportunity, that's all I can say.
@@miker6619 I saw Alexisonfire live in 2022. It was my first time seeing Dallas live. I stood at the barricade right in front of him, and my ears were ringing for 3 days after lol... but City and Colour will always be my favorite and the work of his that I connect with the most. I've been a fan since 2010 and never saw him live, so I decided I'd have to change that for the US tour he just did. I traveled from New Orleans to Los Angeles just to see him, and made a mini-vacation out of it. Unfortunately I was in the upper level... so my next goal is to see City and Colour at the barricade. If I could ever be so lucky as you were to meet Dallas that would make my life. I'll be 33 in a few months but I'd quickly revert to feeling like a shy kid again in that situation, I think. LOL!
I love how Dallas lets the other guitar player take the solo. He isn't caught up in his ego like so many other solo artists who have live bands that play with them. He's willing to giver other guys their moment, and actually collaborate with other artist's
Absolutely love this song and all of City and Colours music, but the led guitarist is playing very sloppily and it kind of pisses me off. I get that it's sort of for the effect for the song, but it's annoying...
+Paula sadasd My mistake.. He's got his Jazzmaster so often, I did little more than take a quick glance at the colour before I assumed it was that one. Woops.
Grant Newsted It absolutely does. I noticed this in another set they did in Rio, most of the songs the tempo was off, I want to think it is/was because of transitions and dead spaces where the tempo gets "lost" so to speak... Good news is he made me examine my tempo closer. Still good songs and a great musician in Dallas Green!
+Brant Green Well if you can't spell don't comment... See how that works? No need to be an tool about it. Will you please tell us what is it you "know" about music that the rest of us aren't quite understanding. I think we all know that Dallas ups the tempo and changes songs in his live performances because he likes variety. Personally I felt the timing on the drums was slightly off during fragile bird, or as some would say he wasn't in the "pocket". Did you honestly feel like throughout that entire song it was seamless and in perfect rhythm? I didn't but hey what I do I know, I'm just a guy that plays guitar, has ears, and listens to music on RUclips...
Michael Hines Sorry that the o and the i are right next to each other on my phones keyboard. As for acting like a tool, maybe I was. Not trying. Just really thought the song was great and don't understand the complaints about the tempo.
Sorrowing man live is so awesome!
Couldn't agree more!
First time I saw C&C the version of Sorrowing man blew my mind. It's completely awesome
check out the sorrowing man with ariel posen
How could 18 individuals “dislike” this? Dallas is a genius singer/songwriter.
They are bitter he does not only do Alexisonfire anymore
Because they have no soul.
Jack Lawrence on bass....guy is always on point!!!
WOW
This version of As Much As I Ever Could.... blown away
Wow
👐
Lila Montoya totally agree with you 🤯
rewatching old city and colour sets a lot lately and they're hitting me just like they did in high school 🩵🩵 thank you for this!
Unbelievable, my favorite live Artist of all time.
This is bringing tears to my eyes.
lowprofile82 you got that right!
please youtube, remove the ability to hit a thumbs down its stupid either hit thumbs up or move on like sound cloud. This is a great show his shows are always so chill, i like Metal RnB and Classical and its almost a mix of every genre. Great upload
I agree completely.
i've seeing you making comments in City and Colour videos, i just want to say, i agree with all those comments.

Fuck yeah dude these renditions are DOPE AF. Give me a time machine rn.

Jeremy Tannehill I had to stop after 30sec just so I could tweet about how fucking awesome this is
If there was ever a band that needed to record way more live albums it’s city and colour
Facts
This still rules.
5:43 - god the keys sound huge and intense!
Thank you Dallas.
I love how Dallas lets the other guitar player take the solo. He isn't caught up in his ego like so many other solo artists who have live bands that play with them. He's willing to giver other guys their moment, and actually collaborate with other artist's
Its probably because Wade plays a lot of the solos in AOF
I just can't stop listening to it
my favorite artist... \m/

Dallas' clone on the keys
This concert was a blast.
Also: Is that Skrillex playing the bass? (Joke hahahaha)
I hope the crowd truly appreciates the band's performance
God this is so good
1 000 000 thumbs up
Dallas... Day Old Hate... to be exact, saved my life. I'd be a goner today had it not been for Dallas.
Glad you're still with us! day old hate is the one that did it for me...
+Brant Green Thanks man. Still a rotten struggle every day.
Oh I know it, brother. Good people, good smoke and good music get me through it. Cheers! Enjoy this life, my friend!
Same, Against the Grain for me
Dallas is inspirational
19:16 Dallas knows how to use teleportation
awsome
More steel guitar please :)
Even Wikipedia don't know to explain how is possible to deal with Dallas and his talent
Dante's Telecaster screaming thru that Orange Amp is damn nice...
Love this ! Is it just me or does the lead guitarist look like Dante from Hacienda in this ??
That would be because it is Dante ;)
bassman of the raconteurs? :-D
5:15😩❤❤
Tom Hardy is on the solo guitar?
Dude I just thought the same
Bro I literally thought about it immediately as well
21:29 The drummer being like "F*ck everything" xD
Dallas Green is too dope
Never knew Shia LaBeouf played a Tele :)
I see Tom Hardy haha!
Great footage, bit of a hiss in the audio, but I no complain. Nga mihi
Little Jack Lawrence
0:30 I thought he hopped on the keys lol
Last song and pedal steel!!!!!

Anyone know what pedal Dallas is using on weightless? Sounds incredible!
just a crunch channel and some chorus and i get a similar sound
Heyyyyyyaaaaaas😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘🌙🌙
tayla wellings loves dallas green
is there a 1080p version of this video? also, is there an audio only version of this ???!!!
unfortunately no!
I'm not fully knowledgeable about guitars - Could someone to tell what kind of guitar Dallas is using?
***** Thanks!
Absolutely love this song and all of City and Colours music, but the led guitarist is playing very sloppily and it kind of pisses me off. I get that it's sort of for the effect for the song, but it's annoying...
is that dude to his right the dude from Dead Weather?...
What brand/type guitar does the leadsinger have?
Sietze Leenstra It isn't Fender, it's a Guild Thunderbird.
+Paula sadasd My mistake.. He's got his Jazzmaster so often, I did little more than take a quick glance at the colour before I assumed it was that one. Woops.
MsCrumbles No problem. Guitars are confusing as hell xD
i didnt know that dallas has a twin brother
anyone know what ride the drummer is playing?
I'm wondering the same thing
Not the most precise answer but it looks to be a Zildjian dark crash... not sure of the size or weight though
I was thinking the same thing too. From the close ups it looks like a Zildjian 22" K Dark Medium Ride
ruclips.net/video/fIVItJqLPM0/видео.html
fragile bird the drummer is pushing way to much.....meaning he's rushing the tempo if that makes any sense
I dont think he rushed. Dallas increased the original tempo by a lot
do you even know music? Dallas stepped it up. if yiu don't know music, don't comment...
+Brant Green Well if you can't spell don't comment... See how that works? No need to be an tool about it. #orangeamplification

yes
+seereesun on more than one occasion it looked like Shia LaBeouf
JUST DOOOO ITTTTTT
😀
what kind of keyboard is that?
Clavia nord
Id love to see this shit in a feat with Jack White
Is that Alfie solomons
Marry me Dallas!
I'm so glad he left Alexisonfire.
+Mark Draper Alexisonfire back baby!
You've been a freshman? It's our turn
Something about that drummer pisses me off
He's better than you
Lead guitarist is tasteless. Cranking up the orange amp, that feedback is covering too much. No vibrato...then again, maybe it's just not my style.
He could definitely work on his tone and touch.
I would bet those orange amps were backlined at that stage. None of those guys use that gear in any other videos.
