  • Police Minister Bheki Cele and top SAPS officials visited the family
    of five-year-old Ditebogo Phalane Junior in Soshanguve, Pretoria.
    The child was killed at the weekend during a hijacking.
    Cele's visit included engagement with the community, where he
    announced urgent interventions to combat the escalating crime in the
    area.
