i have pressed the novo button but there is no option for system recovery, what can I do?? only above 3 option are displaying in my laptop.normal,bios,boot.
Sir I could manage to get into the novo button menu. My lenovo laptop model is also B41-35 however the arrow keys are not working. My laptop has got some malicious virus, which is not allowing me to operate my laptop normally. I want to boot linux through USB drive. Is there any other way to select the bios setup or boot option?? Please help!

What date is the initial backup from? It does not say how old it is so how much data do we lose how far back does it go?

use an external keyboard to access bios setup, also there are chances your laptop keyboard has malfunctioned.

did you do a backup off all your programs, settings, before resetting your laptop to Factory Defaults

recovery deletes all apps programs on laptop, so hope you had backed up your data before resetting your laptop to factory defaults
