- In this session we cover chapter 1 of Prophets and Kings. Prophets and Kings was first published in 1917 and covers biblical history from the time of Solomon through to the end of the Old Testament. This is "Part 2" of OT with DA because we've already done Part 1, Patriarchs and Prophets. If you haven't already followed along with that reading challenge, please do! I think you'll love it! All the videos are here on my channel.
This reading challenge will take us through all 60 chapters of Prophets and Kings. You can watch either here on RUclips or LIVE on Instagram. The videos are also archived on my Instagram page, but the sound and video quality are better here on RUclips.

Borders. As in…Borders Books…of whose leftover stock David appears to have acquired at their going-out-of-business sale to line the shelves behind his desk 😂. But seriously, I’m not really reading PK yet but listening to yesterday’s session the word that stuck out to me was DELEGATE. I think primarily because this is a struggle I have being a DIY kinda guy. I struggle with releasing control. As my two boys are pre-teens I need to delegate more projects to them so they can both learn to do some things themselves and they can become an important part of the masculine roles of our home.
Thank you DA for fleshing that out. That’s how YHWH/Jehovah works. He includes us in His plans and allows us to fail and grow. Of course with His support.
