Woohoo! 🥳 Thanks for tuning in. For transparency, we're slowing down the RUclips videos for a while. However, we're always here to support you 24/7, and I'm happy to take any requests 📝 - BT

Thanks a million for watching, STERZY! Without making any promises, your requests for Grizzlyfi have been sent to the team. We have many great videos to come. -BT
Hi Roman. 👋 You will not be charged for transferring money into a wallet. Exodus has no wallet fees which you can read more about here ➡️ www.exodus.com/support/article/68-does-exodus-have-fees-to-send-or-receive - AC
The network charged fees. Not coinbase or exodus. If you transfered eth or Any coin running on the ethereum network, the fees may be high. I always send xlm or xrp when I'm transferring coins. Fast and fees are next to nothing.
Hey there! That could be due to the high traffic of some blockchain networks during price surges. Exodus doesn't keep part of the transaction fees. 100% of these fees go to the network. For example, in Exodus, all Bitcoin fees go to the miners on the Bitcoin network. If you want an in-depth explanation, send us an email to support[@]exodus.com to dive deeper into this with you 🕵️ -AV
Just wanted to say thanks for this tutorial! I was struggling to get my money out of the 'Optimism network' On Coinbase and I just couldn't figure it out. I'm a newb to crypto so, I tried something different and got completely lost. haha. I've been switching a lot of my stuff over to Exodus though. The app is kinda slow on my S21 Ultra (Not sure why though). Still runs fine.
You're welcome, Woolfy 🤗 I'm glad you liked our tutorial. If you have any questions for us or concerns about the performance of Exodus on your S21 Ultra, feel free to email us at support[@]exodus.com, and we'll dive deeper with you ASAP. We want you to have the best self-custody experience! 💜 -BT
Hey, honest question. Is the desktop crypto mining user CPUs? I see an Exodus process running in the task manager, and it uses 100% of the CPU at set intervals (pauses a few times per minute). If I end the task, it has no effect on the app functionality. I can understand if the answer is yes, but I would appreciate it if this was stated somewhere, turn off by default and prompt user permission before running. Something like "support us or donate your CPU power" to help fund operations.
Hey trapped cat, thanks for reaching out. We love any opportunity to be as transparent as possible and clear up any concerns. Having you in the Exodus community means the world to us and we want to make sure you never have doubts. 🙏 To clarify, since Exodus is a non-custodial wallet we do not have access to any of your personal info. As to what may be causing the high CPU usage, I’d point to pricing data that is being constantly pulled in, an asset like Monero syncing with the blockchain, as well as exchange rate info. Customers who’ve experienced high CPU in the past have seen the issue resolved after disabling XMR and/or EOS. We’re always here and happy to dig into this even more if you would like. Give us a shout at support[@]exodus.com any time.🤜 🤛 -GR
@@exodus I understand. But, this task process uses 0% of the network. It does not make sense that it's syncing a wallet with no network activity. Also, I have a very high performance CPU. There is no wallet that uses 100% CPU and 0% network except for mining purposes. Lastly, I think it's worth doing an internal audit. Maybe a dev injected encrypted code and is sending CPU mining payouts to a wallet.
Definitely keep us posted! We do have third-party audits conducted on a regular basis. 🧠 We'll look forward to hearing from you in the support inbox if questions or concerns pop up. -GR
Hi there, at the moment you can add RUNE as a custom token (on BNB network), but I'll make a request on your behalf for native support. As always, fingers crossed that our dev team can come up with a solution soon. t.co/KzHGeV7gHB🤞 -GR
