    比家人食得還要多
    有強烈進食的衝動
    心情唔夠瞓,都影響飲食。
    食東西非常之快!
    早點、茶點結束後,都有點沮喪。
    背地𥚃偷偷進食多次。
    頻密而且經常性發生。
    原來我有暴食症!

      吃碳水化合物會讓自己覺得開心這是正常的,適時地用不同的方式來解壓會比較好一點
