How many of these did you tweak settings of any kind on vs plugging it in a choosing a factory setting and playing??? I just want to know if these are the EXACT factory presets ..OR ADJUSTED factory presets ???? I do APPRECIATE the vid and any info on it ...I mean ...LOOKS kewl...and MOST of the vids so far SOUND GOOD .....but we all know the magic of editing ...lol...and of software these days and 1700 plus tax is not a SMALL amount ......lol
Same question. I have uploaded another 20 user patch’s. Are these tweaked for your strat? Consider uploading to the share page! Thanks and great playing
Very good video. This great guitar player didn't need to speak - he let the tones and his fingers do the talking! Best Fender Tone Master Pro demo out there for sonic variations. Well done, Sir!
Many people forget BOSS GT-1000 when comparing modelers. In my oppinion BOSS GT-1000 is at least as good as the best ones and its very underated, perhaps because doesnt get clorful dolls... Cheers from Portugal 🤘🍺🇵🇹
Thanks for the vid Shane! Still on my Mustang 111 v2 does everything sold V1 due to fizz think I am heading towards Flamma next Thanks for your reviews! Love the KIESEL😊
Sounds great! Thanks for doing this one. Don't think I've ever heard stock presets sound this good. Does it retain this level of sound quality when it comes out of the FR-12 cab? That's the million dollar (or $1699+$549) question.
One thing that perhaps most of your viewers didn't realize is that this device makes a lot more sense for us musicians from the third world, where a fender tube amplifier is very expensive, so for me it makes a lot of sense to sell my old pedals and buy One of these, I'll have all the Fender quality at my feet for a fraction of the price. Note, did this pedal copy the old G System?
For the same price one can buy a Marshall studio 20w (Silver Jub ou 800, for exemple) + the matching cab + Boss Me90 for effects... 🤔 Cheers from Portugal 🤘🍺🇵🇹
Have enjoyed you content for years.........I just got one of these and there doesn't seem to be a patch called "Big Church" on mine. Latest firmware update on mine. Looks like your using a compressor, Enchanter, Vibro-King and the stereo Memory Man. This was one of if not my favorite patch you played. I guess the Memory Man gave it it's ambience because I don't see you have a reverb turned on. In the future turn it around facing the camera.
It sounds and looks great, my only one concern is how much would cost the screen repair/replacement, it's really exposed with no protection... I can't imagine using this in a concurred site...
Fractal and Helix should be developing touch screen and smartphone app user interfaces too. Seems like Fender preempted this but expensive! How does it compare to eg Headrush?
What is the back end set up here? Are you recording directly from the direct output? What would you play this through if you wanted an on stage speaker in addition to the direct output? Thanks!
What does that Master volume do? I turn mine and doesn t change anything, neither using it via usb, or via output to a soundcard, only the mixer changes levels. What s this button for?
…When I first saw this I thought “man that is pretty awesome.” The first thing that came to mind were multi effects pedals from boss and a couple other brands. This one looked to have some additional features and the Fender branding so I was thinking it might run $900 maybe $1000. Boy was I waaaaaay off!! #hardpass
When are they gonna put a bypass button on it so you can shut off the presets in case you need them all off? It sucks having to program patch one to just be a clean amp with a smidge of reverb to have one patch that isn't loaded up with effects.
@@intheblues thank you so much for your reply. Nicely done - keep up the inspired music making. I think I have to get one. I was so close to the getting the uad dream but this looks really good
Whenever I see new technology like that come out, I think in five to ten years it will be a paperweight, but that Marshall JTM amp will still be rockin’ after we’re gone!
He said he’s putting it through to his audio interface but the unit can function as an audio interface anyway. Wonder if that has anything to do with it, don’t see why it would
Can this unit do amp & pedal profiling? If not Fender missed a huge opportunity especially with the asking price. Looking at their website I see no mention of this feature.
I'm very happy, that it is a pure modeler and not a static profile player. The price is high? Maybe, but only because you have to defend your high invstments in older equipment. The Fender sounds and FEELS awesome and is worth any penny! Latest technology, 8-core - it smokes the quad cortex.
I won't be buying one, but it was fun to test out. These are mostly for higher-end studio production or live situations with a dedicated PA system and sound engineer. I don't think they are designed for RUclipsrs, most RUclipsrs don't get paid squat.
Just my two cents. This will be obsolete in a few years, but your tube amp will sound great in 40 years if you take good care of it. On the flip side no maintenance on this guy for its whole lifespan I guess.
I recently bought a 1989 Peavey Bandit (solid state) combo, and it sounds fantastic! I do also have a Fender BDR valve amp, but the 34 year old Peavey's so good, that I may end up retiring the Fender. I'm not a fan of digital modelling, but clearly enough people are, hence the proliferation of these products.
Every single sound in this unit has a high end digital hiss that is unbearable to my ears. It really sucks. I haven't heard one sound that's worth a shit. Not one

I want the Squier version of this!! (I might be able to afford it, then😂)
Lololol. Everything will be the same except for the tone metal for the casing
But it won’t have stereo outs lmfao
An impressive array of tones that suit any style of playing. Very versatile!
Very good video. This great guitar player didn't need to speak - he let the tones and his fingers do the talking! Best Fender Tone Master Pro demo out there for sonic variations. Well done, Sir!
The Fender Tone master sounds real good!! 🎸🎼
I enjoyed your playing using some great sounding presets.
Now I really need to see a tone master pro vs fractal video
Blues boost combo is my favorite. Thanks for doing this Shane!
I came here less for the device and more for the chance to hear Shane play.
Even for a small time giving muso this with the FR cab is pushing the boundaries in the price justification space. Sounds great.. 😳
I love tone only reviews. Great playing - sounds awesome
Hello. Very beautiful melody "Wicked tone". Where can I hear this melody in full (solo guitar)?
Thank you.

Ordered!!! Seems to sound amazing!! did you pluged directly to your audio interface to record? I guess yes. Thanx anyway for this demo :p
Hi mate. Yep it's directly out of the unit to my Audio interface via the XLR outputs. :)
@@intheblues Thank you for the answer ;)
now competition for other company , Fender has a monster " pedal , great sound great look, great features
Very nice tones and playing! Subbed.

Amazing factory presets 👏
So many folks got one of these "pre release". I want mine!!! :)

EVH amp with the phase and flange in front - they get their tones right!
Thank you!

Hi! Great playing. I noticed you have your own way to hold the pick. Could you make a video explaining how you do it?
It sounds and looks great, my only one concern is how much would cost the screen repair/replacement, it's really exposed with no protection... I can't imagine using this in a concurred site...
You could attach a piece of plexi glass with some tape and flip that over tbe screen when you do not need to use/touch it.
Just get a mobile phone screen protector fitted, they also come in large sheets and can be cut to size. Touch will still work too.
Seriously impressive tones.
Fractal and Helix should be developing touch screen and smartphone app user interfaces too. Seems like Fender preempted this but expensive!
How does it compare to eg Headrush?
That is a whole lot of flavor for the money
What is the back end set up here? Are you recording directly from the direct output? What would you play this through if you wanted an on stage speaker in addition to the direct output? Thanks!
I’m recording via XLR. This is a tone sample video. Check out my review linked in the description box for more info.
This thing sounds amazing. Cant wait to buy it. What a bargain! $17 per amp!
What does that Master volume do? I turn mine and doesn t change anything, neither using it via usb, or via output to a soundcard, only the mixer changes levels. What s this button for?
Shane, would you recommend this?
I ended up buying a Kemper. I think being able to capture your own tones is pretty important.
Pedalera para ricos que suena filtro y plástico. Con mucha inversión en marketing.
What amp have you played this through and would it sound good through the marshall dsl40cr?
A melhor de hoje 👍

La cara de felicidad... 😁👌👌👌
Q. Are you using the tonemaster cabinet? Or are you able to use youre own amp?
I am going out over XLR to my audio interface.
@@intheblues thank you so much for your reply. Nicely done - keep up the inspired music making. I think I have to get one. I was so close to the getting the uad dream but this looks really good
It sounds good, but not much enough to sell my helix and tonex pedal
This is better than Helix.😊
Whenever I see new technology like that come out, I think in five to ten years it will be a paperweight, but that Marshall JTM amp will still be rockin’ after we’re gone!
Great playing. There's a sameness in every tone. It sounds like a low sampling rate MP3.
He said he’s putting it through to his audio interface but the unit can function as an audio interface anyway. Wonder if that has anything to do with it, don’t see why it would
Does it have auto wah?
Very cool ;)
I keep hearing youtubers say it sounds bad. I don't remotely get it. Granted none of those guys plays a strat in their demos either.
Can this unit do amp & pedal profiling? If not Fender missed a huge opportunity especially with the asking price. Looking at their website I see no mention of this feature.
It can’t

@@organic6299This unit has the most photorealistic sound out of any modeling unit I’ve ever heard. Better than Fractal, Line 6, etc.
Great playing. Sounds like a computer though.
Well you are hearing it through a computer
GREAT, but i still hear a little bit of digital fizziness: don' t you??????
this pedal is only for youtuber and reviewers, U$1700 in the usa is crazy, even more in other countries.

Where’s the dumbles!
A lefty Strat looks like it's from a parallel universe to me.....
It sounds synthetic. Shame, I was hoping it was going to be something superior.
All metal sounding stuff and not enough blues. 😢
Sounds like a modeler. Yup.
Just my two cents. This will be obsolete in a few years, but your tube amp will sound great in 40 years if you take good care of it. On the flip side no maintenance on this guy for its whole lifespan I guess.

Arf no....U play well but the FTM sounds like computer .... Awfull... Not conviced at all but thanks a lot

Vastly over priced and far too late into an already deflating multi fx market.
Those buttons are way too close. Hard pass.
