    I have not cried in a long time. Remembering happy place and keeping space for it brought tears...not of sadness but of joy. Namaste 🕉 🙏 😊

    Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️This touched deep into my being. Your calm guiding voice allowed me a sense of safety and peace while doing this meditation. That’s a rare feeling for me. It brought tears to my eyes.
